Release is late October.
Background: You play as Cynthia, a newly trained knight ready for her initiation. Her kingdom just concluded a war and the knights have been assigned to defeat the remainder monsters still lurking around. Cynthia's initiation involves entering one of these monster infested domains and retrieving a staff from an area she's familiar with. However, the presence of a lair she's never seen plus a magic spirit complicate things. The spirit takes her viginity and gives her the ability to power up through sex without ever getting pregnant. And so, Cynthia will continue the moster clean up efforts using her new power.
Gameplay: Turn-based RPG with a lust and depravity system. Enemies have CR and GoR, but Cynthia also has her own BF moves. Depending on depravity, different titles will unlock and different scenes become available. There are subquests, most of which can be completed regardless of play style, as only a few depend on depravity, Traditional exp gaining and leveling up too. Finally, there are a few different endings depending on depravity level.

The realm was saved and order was restored.
However, even in the absence of a demon lord,
monsters populated the land.
Someone had to do cleanup; that duty fell to the Capitol Knights.
Here is the story of Cynthia, born in Central Capitol,
raised in the way of the sword and honoring the father who taught her;
as soon as she was old enough she applied for the Capitol Knights.
Fearless and selfless, she wants to protect the people.
She's about to achieve her dream.
Cynthia's initiation is a solo trial:
go into the woods and retrieve the Wand of Oakmana.
A piece of cake for a girl who grew up playing here.
She enters the woods and discovers a cave.
In all her childhood she'd never seen it before, and on closer look,
a young girl who calls herself a "mana spirit" emerges.
The spirit has lived in fear of the monsters.
Was Cynthia here to slay the monsters?
Would she undertake a side quest?
Cynthia offered to at least to survey for monsters.
Then the spirit tried to give her with a power blessing.
The method of the blessing, however...
... was sex with the spirit!
Never mind! Cynthia refused with all her might,
but the spirit froze her and forcibly bestowed the blessing.
Now Cynthia was no longer a virgin and "immune to pregnancy".
Gee, thanks? "Enjoy the sex!" bid the mana spirit
before promptly vanishing......
Thus her quest unfolded:
Cynthia the novice, Cynthia the deflowered,
Cynthia the barren, to complete her trial,
present herself to the queen,
and survey for monsters.
