Well, the game is old, so it's hard to remember without more detail.
And no, there no translation (fan or official).
KG might end up translating it in the distant futur since they used to translate old accerola game as well as the new work. But since they're stuck on DQM for the next few millenia, I doubt we'll live to see it :/
