I don't recall anything saying Iris's gun got knocked out of her hand or her arms got retrained or she was knocked out.

I didn't attempt to have Iris escape. The action was for her to press her gun against the woman and shoot her.

My bad, but a roll is still made to see if you got your arm free enough to fire, which is like escaping, but easier. Iris failed that roll.

You never said Iris had her arms pinned down.
Infact the post said the woman was using her amrs to strip Iris and she mounted her.

To be fair, I suspect the way it works is:

1.) Roll to avoid grapple
2.) You're pinned - roll to attack-while-pinned
2/a) If you succeed, roll to hit
2/b) If you fail... move on
3.) Roll to disrobe
4.) You're pinned - roll to attack-while-pinned
4/a/b) see 2/a/b
5.) Rape
5/a/b) see 2/a/b
GOTO 5

As in... once you're grappled, you're considered disarmed and knocked down if required.

Iris has a moderate chance of escaping, but Luna has a better chance of killing the woman on top of her, and that's pretty much what I think's gonna happen.
