Re: AWMBI - Discussion
Wheee... multi-responses, because I feel like giving everyone two cents!
I'd go with you on missions Zero, but my characters still has to go through a time warp, and get to the Inn. When that's all taken care of, I'd be happy to go on some kind of mission!
I think RJ's gonna try and set things up such that people at the Prison can go on missions, if he doesn't outright move everyone to the Prison. I wouldn't put the latter past him, the way he's describing Amy's internal thoughts. Makes me wonder if he's using Amy as an example of what happens to an Inspired who overuses their powers.
Seeing that Aya is at the clock tower with the rest of the bat women maybe she will be there if and when Iris and company show up as slaves.
I doubt it. Aya's actually a day ahead of the Zoo threads, remember? Mina punched her lights out. Aya might come across them already enslaved... but somehow I think the succubi won't bother with them. They're there to take out Joseph, remember? So if they lose, the succubi will take Joseph and go, leaving their moaning bodies behind for later. Thus giving a rescue team from the Inn a chance at getting to them without having to storm the clock tower.
I'm not completly sure why Rose thinks so lowly of Aya, as if she was a doll. Reguardless, I'm likley going to have Aya leave the clock tower and have her seek out the goddess for training instead of having Minx train her. Then, when the goddess thinks she's ready, ill have Aya go back and whoop Rose.
I think Rose thinks Aya is "just going through the motions", like Aya views sexing Violet as little removed from sexing a maid or raping an Inn girl. She's detached from other people, caring little about their feelings and not understanding what her actions do to them. Bianca is possibly the only exception, and even there Aya doesn't "read" her very well. I think Minx also believes that, but in Minx's case, she thinks Aya's doing it because she's afraid, not because she really doesn't view other people as being on the same level as her.
I think if Aya goes to the Goddess to ask for training, She would just turn around and tell Aya to learn from Minx, as She's too busy to train Aya herself. Besides, Minx likes Aya. Why wouldn't you want Aya to learn from Minx?
Ah. Just curious but did any of the woman gain respect for Aya? I'm sure at the very least Violet respects her now.
I'd bet Minx does. Violet yes, Rose no, other random succubi indeterminate and unnecessary to know, because they'll follow Rose's lead should it become important.
