AWMBI - Discussion

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Well...
It would be cool to have the slime be your lv 5 contact.

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

I hope not. It doesn't seem very survival horror-y. And you know what happens to people who try to keep pet/trained zombies in zombie movies, anyway. :p

Well thats why I think I'd be odd. I just thought it would neat, sorta.

Anyone feel like going on a hunting mission?

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

There's also the clichee one that changes sides.

And there's the organizations that keep the monsters contained to study them. (Of course, this risks an outbreak if we start collecting too many of them.)

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

You can come save my ass if you want.

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Someone will have to tell Iris that Lin left.
Then her and Lin can go on a happy fun time hunting adventure.

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Kayi, you sound so certain that the director will be deposed.

XD Who's going to replace her, then? Not Azure, surely!

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Azure has no desire to be the director. She'd loathe the job.

She just HATES the current director.

She's wondering if Shiva would be a good director now after that short exchange.

Other than that, she has no idea who's going to replace the director, but she doesn't want the job.

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Oh yeah, Shiva'd be great -- she suggested giving Azure the head researcher position! XD The moral ambiguity is great.

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Shiva's also the one who's been running around and helping other players, rescuing them, stuff like that.

And I didn't say Azure wasn't going to pick someone she didn't like or wouldn't be better for her own personal needs.

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Hey Zero I'm just going to have Iris leave the inn and run into your character, assuming RJ has no objections.

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

The mission already began, she'd have to end the mission, then return to start it with you, such is the wonders of the survival mode dimension.

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

So when both missions are full, what do the rest of us do? Or is that a type of survival mode that is open to everyone individually?

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

I'm off for the night! Back tomorrow! :)

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

It's not a mission mission tho, and if Lin's calling for help can't a person just help out?
Or like maybe you went out for some air and heard/saw her and helped her or something....

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Lazy player posts breeds lazy GM posts.

I always try to be as descriptive as I can think of while I make my post.

I don't see the fun in saying:
"Okay, Azure fucks the slime."
"Now Azure gives it a blowjob."
"Azure takes it doggystyle."
"Azure passes out."

It's bland to write as a player, it's bland to read as the GM (not to mention observers), and it's bland to write a reply to.

These kinds of replies are what RJ said about the, "Press A use the shop" comment.

It's not actually roleplaying, it's sitting in front of a generic RPG and mashing the "attack" command until the battle is over.

The whole point of roleplaying is that we don't NEED to mash the button for hours as we grind up. We can dive in, play as we are, and really enjoy the act of playing without it ever being bogged down to this kind of non-fun.

oh well, just my two cents.
I could be way off my mark though.

Re: AWMBI - Discussion

Uhh well I've got nothing to say on that.
If I put my two cents in I might piss someone off, lol.

Anyways, Kayi.
I've got nobody to quest with at the moment so do you want to go on a hunting mission with me?
If you're looking to quest with someone discriptive and stuff I'd consider myself to be fairly literate.
