Head to the left of the town and into the big house, or head to a mission by go to the small house left to the church main building and talk to the staff and bang with the monster when your cloth is damage.

At the start, go into the church and go up stair toward the room to trigger a scene, from there the top-left building in town will let you take mission/order your troops to train/patrol or develop city (for example, better supplies = better items you get at the start of mission)

As for H content, the girl can get rape mid-fight if her clothing is torn, there's rape scene for losing to the boss.

And if your money get really low, she'll offer herself to the guy from that scene at the church for money (he's in the building west of town)
^There's 2 scenes of this, though if you get low on money again the 2nd scene just repeats.

The top-right counter.

Left girl is for missions, right girl for other things.

For right one, I think it's:
Patrol
Research
Training

And for research:
Weapon
Armor
Magic
Supplies
Town defense

I chose all the choices when speaking to the left girl but nothing seems to happen.

After choosing a mission, just exit through that door left of counter .- .

Sorry for the necro! I just want to bring the sad news that the expected completion date for this game has been set to "Undefined".

There goes one of my most anticipated RPGs at the moment.

That's alright.. at least the project isn't completely given up.

Looks like from the circle's blog.. he's slowly progressing and might soon be able to set another release date.
