The battle text is flying by super fast and I can't turn it off. Did I do something wrong?

It's something related to the Game Hook Patcher.

Yes, this! I literally just had the same problem. It only seems to happen after applying the text hook patch. I've tried applying it with different options turned off in the patcher, but I haven't been able to find a way to make the battles run normally.

Something in 2.0 has broken the hook patcher for the battle text. Anyone know what's causing it?

I'm going to ask this question because nobody's actually spoken about this: How can you get the bridge repaired, in detail? I've gotten the guy in the cave south of the town his potion and he left, I've gotten ero books 1 and 2, but I can't get any farther.

Well, i really don't see how i missed it, As i got the builder off the mountain, found him in the town bar, took him to see the king, talked to him in the castle kitchen, and then talked with him on the bridge.

All i did was follow the quest markers over the characters heads.
Did that somehow lead me into the bad end? I do remember getting the sake bottle (maybe) from the king i believe... i talked to him after the builder left the kitchen.

I really hope i didn't mess up as i don't have a save before the bridge was built, I only have ones after it was completed.

From what I remember the king tells you he's not into wines and has no idea what you're talking about so you have to look elsewhere.
After that you're supposed to ask around and someone will tell you that the slums king collects wines, also someone else will tell you the casino has some "special" goods every once in a while and if you check the coin exchange you will find it there.
I think the quickest way to check is to look into your quest log for the main scenario and see if it skipped a number or two.

I think you have to ask at the general store (East across the road from the pub?) to find out about the slum king (which has GOR).

Edit: Wait, is the general store just East of the pub? With the road leading North to the castle? Wow, I really feel like BP copied some elements from LoliQue2 for the city's layout.

Moonrunes? I REALLY suggest using a text hooker & translator. They're really helpful for pretty much any game that you can get them to work with.

After presing the button in the area with tentacle monsters and wolves when i reach the top i keep getin pushed down any idea of what to do?

Edit: Nvm found the guy in the cavern with slimes, but now i don´t know where he went.

(Wolves are on the mountain, tentacles are in the mountain, slimes are in the cave map north-east of the mountain map.)

he wants some kind of potion, I bought 1 of each in the item shop and went to him, and he took it and vanished, then went to the forest to the left of castle and went to the giant tombstone, and it unlocked some stairs, after hitting all 3 buttons to unlock that area, was a chest with a flute or some sort, that let me go up on the mountain that kept blowing me off, then some kinds of wavy arm thing attacked, and after that it let me go into a house to wake up some guy. then found him in the castle bar and he vanished, now I'm stuck, bridge still broken, just gives ?????? when I approach it.

I believe after the builder goes to the bar, that is when you need to give him some kind of special wine/sake from the boss in the slums.

I don't recall the game preventing you from going to the mountain map, but in case it isn't letting you go to the mountain;

There's no single-post guide, but reading through the thread will serve the same function.

I got all the way up to the new EX CGs with nothing but reading things that have already been posted in the thread. For anyone else who gets stuck on something, there's probably be an answer somewhere in the thread already.

For those that have had issues with the combat text zipping by after applying the text hook, there is a new update to the hook patcher!

I haven't posted enough to add a link to the correct thread, but the update and the directions for adding it to this game are on Libellule's Text Hook Patch thread. Primarily make sure to check off the Textwaitingtiming box off.

How do I get more corruption?
I defeated boss in a dark castle but all I get is ending (bad). What should I do?

Somehow all my saves became corrupted while playing. Couldn't save so i closed and opened. Now none of them open back up =/
Anybody know if theres a bug that causes this?

question how do i install the save files correctly because i downloaded a save file for the gameunpacked it normally in the save folder now all my save files are gone ?

So I dunno what is going on with my game, I've never had this issue before. When I try to launch the game, it gives me an error that states "failed to launch img/system/IconSet.png". I ran this game perfectly fine, but now I can't run it. Anyone have a solution, maybe they can upload the file that I could be missing. I don't have that file, and I downloaded the new version on English Dlsite, but it didn't seem to have the file, apparently.

So it ran fine, then suddenly gave that error when trying to launch, AND the one you downloaded from the Eng-DLsite won't work either? Okay, weird...

There is no 'IconSet.jpg' there, but an 'IconSet.rpgmvp' is present. Do you have that?
Also, it seems to me very unlikely that the game would just stop working out of thin air. You sure you didn't try to apply the TL-patch or something?

sorry to necro but for some reason i keep getting a virus warning when i try to run game.exe , then the game.exe is immediately remove and i get a warning its a trojan, cant play at all, anyone knows what to do?

^ Whitelist it in your anti-virus program/disable said anti-virus before running the game/make sure you don't have a real virus somewhere/the file you got isn't a scam/etc

I never like starting this game because no one in the thread has ever mentioned who Deer is, I cant start building the bridge and unlocking the other dungeons without being able to find him on the second day of the game.

huh.... seems this game got an update recently, tho im not sure what exacly its about. the only thing I saw was "game.exe changed to default" and im not sure what that implies for the update.
