The fetishes that are a total NO for me are scat, guro and vore. I dont like futanari either. Besides that, im good with almost anything

Alright, well, any Lilith game you go into has a decent chance of having pretty heavy bondage, though there may be a single scat scene. That includes Prison Battleship 1 and 2, both of which have English patches. The Taimanin series too, though that often has tentacles. They are all VNs, though.
