I thank you very much for the help! After running the game as administrator I lost the area I cleared but I was finally able to save so no big deal. Now I can take it easy clearing everything.
I have them all and as I have seen, every room is tied to a articular animation pose, so if the last ones are the ones you are missing I would advice you make two or more of every type of room you get and just wait with the camera thing ready until some couple does the animation. By elimination you should find the room that has the animation you are looking for.

What makes people stop using the rooms?
I've been adding rooms and have some upgraded while some aren't, but the only people that get in the rooms are workers or attackers.
EDIT: Figured out that by selling and buying the entrance again would allow for costumers to get inside again.
Now I have another question. Even though I upgrade and repair my rooms, why am I barely getting any income? Is there something else I should be paying attention too?

You'll only get a small amount or nothing at all unless the customers completely go through animations up to cumming. Make sure your water supply, water tank and rooms are not in red. Customers may leave midway if they are. However, I've noticed that despite having lots of customers I'll make little and then boom all at once I'll get 2-3k. So I think sometimes the game just doesn't register them.

I assume the extras from the main menu are unlocked by completing levels? Can anyone tell me if this is worth it? Game seems pretty grindy and you've seen all the H content in pretty much the first 5 minutes.

Depend what you call worth it.Its just 4 animated CG with the secretary(I was so dissapointed that the casino girl got nothing...)
The first one is just the girl being nude.
second is BJ.Third missionnary.forth cowgirl.
All the work they did to animate those sprite feel like wasted,you cannot watch them in a gallery and they doesn't look as good as the animation they did from the last game/with he secretary.

With all the blink boxes, it feels like the dev didn't quite complete the game. In nearly every option, there seems to be spots for more content.
And yeah, a gallery mode would be freaking awesome for the couple sprites...honestly they are better than the secretary scenes.

After completing an area's objective you enter free mode, which is basically gallery mode. You can turn off enemies and stuff in options and make couples do specific sex positions&finishing position.

The girls you hire, and the sign you put out front of the building are all considered items.

thanks for the answer but i still don't really get it.
what happens to them? do they get more durability? do they get slower deterioration? or do they actually get better at their job?(clean faster, repair faster and such?) the researcher seem really expensive...

I have no idea lol. I usually just get sign girl, sign, cleaner, rapair and a outside guard and go. Later levels it's just too expensive to buy the other girls for all the hotels you'll have.

This is true. I still have not seen the final rare pose, but once I find out there's no gallery for them anyway....and spending 2 hours staring at 8 rooms waiting for it....I just said screw it and gave up.
It's mostly just for selecting a specific pose and I think the randomness of the poses is one of the good point in the game.

alright i managed a 100% save. was actually somewhat quick once i understood the system.
if i was missing the fourth rare pose, i just needed to mass build the fourth room in the build menu and so on. (1 rare pose per room type)
edit: I also lowered their needs, extended their stay, turned the speed to maximum and had loads of cheerleaders, sign girls, researchers, room upgrades and such while just holding left mouse button sweeping over the rooms zoomed out.
i have no clue if that affected it, but even the most expensive room pose only took like 1 minute to show up twice.
