2. I looked into game folder and see mikami sleeping scene, how to get that scene?

3. How to get peace sign bj, and fondle the breast CG?

First Mikami need to have some abortion H-scenes with that guy in the prison of the first town. (You get the key for the prison with one of the guards).
After some scenes with him, Mikami must lose to a big orc while pregnant and that scene will happen.
