I might have misinterpreted what they said when they mentioned animations list. It's only available when you're grabbed by an enemy and press "Enter" after. So it's not exactly a gallery.

Can't say I do. I haven't even figured out what to do more than losing to those two enemy types, stumbling over two chests I can't open next to an ahegao face girl and encountering a cutscene that doesn't seem to change anything else.

There's an animation of the worm that increases a pink meter. It's not properly displayed but it's a very brief animation transition so loop that until the screen gets a pink glow and her expression and stance changes.

Edit: My question is how many drinks does it take for Airi to get drunk?

So far, it takes one bottle for Airi to get drunk.

To make alcohol in this demo:
Basically: You have to choose an ingredient in your inventory to combine with another ingredient in your inventory.
In depth tutorial:
- you'll have to beat up the orc in the top-right corner of the map—the one with the cutscene—because it gives you some kind of white-colored food item: Yeast...
- Once you kill the orc (or you know you have the yeast), open your inventory and navigate down two tabs; you should see your apples and the yeast sitting next to each other in an otherwise empty/blank space
- Press the "use" key on the apples (a box with several text-options will pop up if you pressed the correct key) then navigate down to the only colored-in text-option available and press the "use" key on it
- After that, press the "use" key AGAIN on your apples (you may have to press the "use" key on the colored-in text-option again, or maybe not, I don't remember, lol)
- A bottle should be created. This is a new ingredient: Apple juice...
- After you've crafted the apple juice, navigate to your yeast and press the "use" key on it, then—once again—press the "use" key on the only colored-in text-option
- Navigate to your apple juice and press the "use" key on it
- This should create your alcohol
- Now you can access the lady by the fire's shop and buy aphrodisiacs, health, keys, etc.

I've tried combining other ingredients, but nothing new seems to get made.

To get aphrodisiacs/open the chests:
- Follow the guide above on how to make alcohol; once you get alcohol, the ability to get aphrodisiacs will unlock.
- Go to the lady by the locked treasure chests (to get to her, go inside the cave and walk all the way through until you pop out the other side) and talk to her. If you've made alcohol, she will let you look at her shop and buy aphrodisiac, health, some weird square with a circle drawn on it, and KEYS to open the chests.

So...Here's the item menu explanation I guess.
First, you have all the available items that you can pick up/craft right now (not counting the one from the merchant)

In order to make wine, you combine 2 apples to make apple juice, then combine that with yeast and voila! you got wine.

So to get yeast, you'll have to beat up the orc in the top right corner, the one with the cutscene.

As for aphrodisiacs, you buy it from the merchant girl (the one in the lower right corner, near the 2 locked chests). You can buy stuffs from her after you finish crafting the wine and talk to her again. It's the 2nd one with the 80g tag

Well I have defeated the two orcs a lot of times and they have not given me the yeast no matter how many times I do

There are four orcs; if you jump above the cave rather than go in it, you'll be able to run all the way right until you pop out into a grove with moonlight where you'll get a cutscene. The orc from that area apparently gives you yeast

i have the alcohol in my inventory, and when I talk to the merchant, she has two menu options. Selecting either one shows some text but the shop never pops up. What key am I supposed to press to activate the shop? I tried Enter during dialogue but nothing appears.

Make sure it's actually the alcohol (a brown bottle) and not just apple-juice (a red bottle). If it IS alcohol and you still can't open her shop, uuuuuh idk, maybe you have to see the other cutscenes first or something :p Or drink some alcohol, idk
