I'm using a save so it's towards the end, but how'd you get enemies close to the new girl?

according to the ci-en article once you've defeated her there's a possibility of a random enemy appearing and H her while she is downed
it's the assertive looking long and white haired woman with a refined look.
Oh, and a hat.

That's weird because the dev's been insistently saying in every demo he releases that a savedata from the version that had the prostitution skill can be loaded with said skill in it and use it
