I'm aware the gallery mode isn't from the mod but from the new version and used the mod on the Aug 8 version.

I had the same start up issue. For me the problem was I'd overwritten an older version with the new one. Deleting the old version completely and re-extracting the current version solved it for me.

I don't know if it works for anyone of you, but for me it did.
If you have the old "Save" folder, delete it and then start the game (it will automatically create the folder again). Just as a speculation, but I think the main issue was the System file within and it is not compatible with the old version.

Verify that, after pressing F1, the top-left corner of the screen shows Build 20170808064055
Perhaps you can try downloading the game again, extracting it to a different folder altogether (So no overwriting etc), and try replacing the DLL with the modded DLL.

The mod makes it so that the camera moves in smaller steps. Doesn't change the zoom-rate though, which I think is also a bit too coarse.

So something that bothers me about Gallery Mode is I can't figure out if the girls are controllable or not. It's a bit of a pain if the enemies knock them clear across the room before grabbing them so it's hard to group them all together if you want an orgy scene.

The reason it's not working is probably because the latest version is 20170811102323, rather than 20170808064055 which is what the mods are for.

Oh, didn't realize two new updates were made since the last time I downloaded.
Here is a mod for 20170811 version.
List of changes
- uncensor
- save file editing can be done
- gallery speed limit increased from 2x to 10x
- gallery camera movement: smaller distance per move
- gallery enemy spawn limit: increased to 120 (may/will cause lag if you summon too much)
- increased amount of cum that will remain on body
- increased visibility of cum on body
To apply mod, replace the CSharp-assembly file in the Data/Managed folder.
You should make a backup of the existing file in case you want to revert to it.
Currently looking at how to move characters around in gallery mode.
