Rikke would oddly silently move towards the source, perhaps revealing the true suspicions of the echoes the girl had. Her face adorned with a cute pervy smile, the girl would subtly peek over the corner... only to see Marcus and Anna in their true forms celebrating whatever festivity was ongoing, in their own far more intimate manner!

The rogue would blush subtly, but not look longer than the glance her smile shifting from mischievious to just happy. Looks like finally the two found their icebreaker and by the sounds of it, both Anna and Marcus were in for quite the enjoyable binding experience!

Snickering to herself, the rogue would take her leave as silently as before and head to check up on Irie. She'd certainly not peek on the racial unity activities, not to mention the two lovers certainly needed their privacy now more than ever!

Rikke would leave the lovers be while she moved up to the inn to check on Irianna. She found the woman resting in a warm bath. She was gently washing away the druid paints her moments slow and careful. The usually perceptive woman quite focused on her task. Eventually threw Rikke's own mischievous nature or the passage of time Iri would notice the rogue and smile weakly or throw a wet towel at her depending on the girls actions.

The elder said I could wash these marks off today but I need to keep the necklace and clover crown on as long as I stay in the villiage." Her tone was neutral hiding any pain or feelings that the woman held inside. Stepping out of the bath Rikke saw the full extent of the dark runes tainting the girls flesh. She was absolutely covered in them, though as Rikke looked on there seemed to be less than before. Some had definitely faded, but the one that was most damning remained strong. It was more instinct than actual knowledge but the dark run above Iri's heart seemed unaffected by the cleansing magic. The rune of binding to shadow.

Rikke would near the door only to hear drops of water echo out? This quickly perked the girls ears up, as she'd open the door and note that the bed was free while echoes of someone washing up rang out from the personal baths room in the flat.

Looks like someone was up! The rogue snickered to herself happily and would move stealthily onwards, before carefully opening the door to the baths seeing Irie wash her hand of the final bit of ritualistic paint on her inside the bath-tub... Rikke would abuse the chance and carefully silently sneak closer, before jumping out "Rah! Crazy pervert!" only to get a facefull of tower for her silly antics....

Be it Irie commented on the girls spook or not, Rikke would remove the towel and giggle happily "Looks like someone's finally awake. How you feeling?" thankfully it seem the remedies did indeed leave a fair mark, albeit the main source remained as closely bound to the girl as ever before "There's still some festivities going on downstairs, thought I'd drop by and drag you down there before we leave this place entirely." she'd beam the corrupt girl an earnest smile.

Iri shrugged but Rikke wasn't having it her carefree nature would not let this girl bring her down, in fact it would be opposite she would bring her up. Plotting her move Rikke waited for Iri to dress in the borrowed clothing as her's had been too ruined to be of use. Once dressed the girl pretty much pulled Iri out of the inn, a feat which would not have been possible if the girl's hadn't been weakened by the holy magics. Breaching from the relative darkness of the inn Iri blinked at the bright sun as her eyes started to adjust to the bright color and noise of the festival which had begun to pick up pace. Rikke herself eyed several things she wanted to try with Iri and with the girl stunned by the light she could pull her to any event she wished with out might of a fight.

Rikke watched Irie get dressed in the dark colored, rather fitting clothes consisting of little more than some black leather pants and a gray modest shirt. A rather cry to the rogues tight light leather pants, an open white shirt and a bright red bra rather prominedly displaying her wonderous cleavage, the color array all the more compliment by her long orange hair.

"Mmmm~" Rikke turned her head as it seemed the cursed girl herself was not as keen on the idea "The villagers did not wish me in their town at all, I'll just remain here and wait---" the girls words were cut off as she felt the rogue catch her and grin cheerfully at her "You'll never truly change locked away from everyone. Lets go~!" Rikke would not accept a 'no' for answer her, her energetic almost sweeping drag of Irie out clearly showing that off!

It wouldn't be long until the bright girl and her dark ally were outside the festivities seemingly only now getting into the full swing of things, as it seemed the ritualistic part was quickly followed by far more open and group-oriented events... One of which stood out!

If she was going to take Irie out to people, she'd not doubt need to be with her "Over there!" the rogue would point out and now far more calmly lead Irie over to the 'Tied-leg races' "One more team please!"

Rikke pulled Iri over to the contest. The centaur tending to the even quickly registered Iri and Rikke. Three other teams seemed competing. One was a young boy girl team that looked like siblings. The second team was another mixed pair, they seemed to be good friends. The last team was a pair of female centaur, one of which looked disdainfully down at the two. "Oh great this is hard enough to do already. We don't need some human's to show us up!" Her friend hushed her quickly whispering in her ear which brought a blight blush of embarrassment to her face and a quick apology.

"Daw~ This is our first time and I already hear shivers?" Rikke however was too grand of a competetive spirit to let the comment slide, as she'd smile slyly to the other pair and snicker. Though if the pair took it harshly, she'd quickly reveal it was not ill-willed! "Lets just have a fun match." the rogue turned to see her and Iries ankles quickly bound down "So~ What are the rules exactly?"

"Just reach the finish line!" Iri didn't seem to enthused at the situtation but at the scathing comment she seemed to get serious and quickly helped Rikke get ready. The event runner looked at the teams and said go!

Starting out the young kids quickly moved forward gaining ground laughing, their youthful energy making up for the odd condition imposed by the race. The other mixed older couple stumbled a bit before working out their balance issue. The two girls seemed to have practiced this event for some time and easily out pacing the rest of the teams and taking the lead. Rikke and Iri however revealed the disparity of their strengths, and lack of teamwork. Still they both managed to get further than team two.

"Go!" the announced announced and seemingly in slow motion Rikke saw Irie indeed... go! Not really caring for rhythm or the rogue tied to her! "Wait Ir-eee!" even if the dark girls initial surge threw the duo onwards, it would indeed throw them onwards as Rikke would try to stablise only to grab Iries shoulder and the duo to toppled to the ground! "Oof!"

Rikke laughted out merrily as she really shouldn't seen THIS coming! Though what she hardly saw coming that their fall ended up with the rogue having pulled Irie on-top of her! The dark girl pushing up her upper body from the rogues only for their eyes to briefly meet in the accidental--- 'Thud thud!' both of them quickly turned to the side, as the centaur pair were absolutely soaring onwards as if they were not bound at all! "Eh?!" infact with their stumble they were almost last!

"Lets go! Irie!" Rikke would beam the girl an encouraging smile, as hopefully the duo could make up some distance before it was too late!

Being this close Rikke though she saw a blush on the tainted girls face, but then again it could just be the effort in her weakened state. Still the two looked on ward as the mocking girl and her friend blasted past them almost unhindered by the binds. Scowling Iri quickly pulled the both of them up making Rikke dizzy with the sudden movement. "Keep your arm on my shoulder Rikke!" Nodding the girl did her best to match the rogue's shorter stride. Nearby the young kids of team one still having a blast kept a brisk pace forward. Team two seemed to have given up the race itself and just settle for figuring out how to work together to reach the goal. Team 3 however seemed to hit a pitfall in their motion. Perhapse it was the one girl from before turning her head to make a face at them, only causing disaster as they both tumbled, snapping the bonds that needed to be retied before they could go on. With some what of teamwork Rikke and Iri quickly gained ground passing them just as they got back into the race.

"Aye!" Rikke would smile to Irie confidently as the duo got up and turned to the distancing opponents only to show clumsy, but somewhat solid teamword! Each girl holding the other side to side, even if with a brief stumble later both Rikkes and Iries hands seemed to land firmly to wrap around each ones waists! In turn pulling them one another closer than they had ever been!

Still at that moment neither cared, as atleast with the rogue bearing a bright mischievious and competetive smile, they managed to catch up to the rushing centaurs and even pass the other contestants on their way!

Rikke looked up at Iri noting a smile on her face as the duo now in tune with each other for at least this moment made powerful strides, passing even the previous front runners. They were in the lead if by a hair's breath. Team one still made steady progress and team 2 seemed to finally work together. Team 3 recovered quickly and closed the cap between them and Rikke. Still for the moment the girl where in front!

Giggling light and smiling in an all too confident manner! The girls seemed to very quickly get into their groove as they'd pass the centaur duo and even close in to the kids, who seemed to have taken their lead for granted! "Hey~" Rikke called out to the duo, who'd look almost shocked as the orange and black locks duo actually passed right by them!

The finish line was right there, yet with the kids speeding up as well as the centaur hooves echoing out right to their left side barely any distance between them. It'll be close!

Confident or maybe to confident Rikke saw the female duo press forward with a massive surge a speed causing Rikke to spur Iri on and fumbling their teamwork. Meanwhile Team 2 had gained momentum but was still too far to effect the outcome of the race. Turning her head Rikke saw the young centaur children blaze past them with a sudden burst of speed! It was gonna be close! Rikke and Iri tumbled over the finish line. Iri seemed wiped out but Rikke kept looking up at the sky a smile on her face. It was good race and as Iri caught her breath Rikke reflected on the last few seconds of the race.

The duo were in the lead as they'd rush onwards, much to the crowds cheers all around them! Perhaps it was the first time, in a very long while that Irie actually felt so much genuine support from everyone... even for rather insignificant event like this. Perhaps the strange emotions rushing through her, made the girl turn to the rogue and just briefly look at her just looking at the sheer thrill carefree joy on the rogues face and her stirring appearance overall---

"What?" Rikke blinked as she look to Irie a bit confused "Oh---" only for each of the duo to see their competitors enter their field of view! The kids on the right and the centaur pair on the left, Rikke seeing the kids and Irie the centaurs!

The sight alone quickly snapped the duo back into action as the mad-dash to the finish commenced only for everyone to leap forward---- but for the girls to inch out just barely, Rikkes team and the centaur duo seemingly finishing at the same time!

Rikkes and Iries band would instantly snap as they crossed the finished line, the heroine resting on the ground from the final last ditch rush that tripped them over moments after crossing the finish line!... They didn't win, but it was certainly quite the big of enjoyment! The small crowd of centaurs, natives and even ex-slaves all cheering together as the children with absolute glee were adorned with a few flowery circlets as winners!

"Hum~" Rikke sighed happily, only to hear the centaur hooves stomp near her, spurring her to look to the centaurs from the start. It was the same one that complained about her competing... the duo would look to one another before the woman would extend her hand to help the rogue out, the other girl doing the same for Irie "Good race... I expected nothing less from a Dea." she'd utter as it seemed the girls competition ended on a equally respected draw,

As the excitement of the match began to wain Rikke noticed Iri get a little distant again. Still there was a slight hint of smile on her face. The duo would get little chance to speak as they were rushed away to small dancing circle. Thankfully it wasn't overly complicated and the centaurs didn't step on any feet, but the music was very tribal, with drums and goat horns. Rikke's eyes caught a handheld drum with little sheets of copper all around it. Shaking it or thumping the hid drum would cause a metallic jingle. Laughter echoed out as a festive song erupted. Ale, and beer began to flow as the whole town got involved.

Rikke would near the ceremony her eyes wide, as at fist it seemed the only instruments used were basic drums, some strange goat horns as there in the centerstage danced a centaur girl, her body entirely covered in white and red body paint, as well as numerous flowery necklaces. Still as the rogue and Irie, possibly even once again guided by Rikke neared the sight soon enough the tribalistic music was complimented by one of the elder females in the tribe singing out in a language Rikke did not recognise.

"Whats happening?" Rikke would whisper to one of the locals, as quite clearly the show carried a strong spiritual and ritualistic air about it. Whatever the answer was, soon enough it seemed the dance concluded giving way to silence.... before one of the singers seemed to call out loudly and in a far more recogniseable folk fashion, the instruments complimented by several flutes and claps?!

Very quickly the scene entirely shifted as laughted echoed out and the music grew entirely festive, the locals wasting little time to dance in a large circle?! Rikke blinked only to feel a small hand grasp her own and look down to see the boy from the race beam a smile at her and lead her to join in "Come! Come!" he'd call out, only for Rikke to incidentally notice that the girl from the duo of winners was taking Irie by the hand as well, the children seemingly far less frightful of the corrupt girl as she too was taken to the large ring to join in on the groups dance along with the rogue!

The singers voices echoing out in shrieks, shrills and cheers, the instruments including the flutes playing at an ever upbeat tone it wouldn't be long until the duo felt themselves utterly swept up in the celebration, up to until finally the music stopped to a roaring cheer and applause to each participant from one another! Rikke laughing and smiling brightly throughout! Perhaps by sheer coincidence she'd learn of the festivals name and more of the celebrations nature, likely just in time as soon enough carriages could be seen entering the valley.

Rikke didn't get a direct answer to her question only a gentle shush and a wink. As the tribal dance began to reach its peak she felt a lightness in her heart like a million butterflies flying into a flower scented breeze during a bright sunshiny day. However as soon as the song ended the rush of emotion faded to a pleasant warmth. Soon enough though she was being lead into the dance circle with the small centaur boy. Catching sight she saw Iri being pulled into the dance as well. The group danced long into the evening the festivities being so energetic that Rikke had lost all track of time and even forgetting to ask what the festival was about. However as she rested a moment the tell tale signs of an incoming caravan made themselves known. Watching them approached Rikke noted that some of the caravaners had a mix of the large centaur eyes as well as a few pointed ears.

All of it did indeed prove all too pleasant for the rogue, from the dances to the laughter... to the just simple upbeat and joyous atmosphere of it all! As the rogue rested she couldn't help, not Irie who seemed to drag by some of the more brave children to dance and enjoy herself! So much... that Rikke could swear she'd spot an ever subtle, yet present smile on the otherwise dark and gloomy girl.

Such a moment of just blissful joy and welcome... was likely the first in many years of the girls darkened life. The though spurring an all-too conent smile sigh from the rogue as soon enough something else entriely caught her eye as a small caravan seemed to have arrived to the outpost?

Rikke blinked at the arrival and with a smile would rush over to investigate! Was this their would-be ride back to the city?

Breaking form the festivities a moment Rikke came to investigate. As she approached she saw the Caravan was indeed empty. No goods filled the wagons. In fact it seemed that these had been filled with cushions and bunks. The wagon where surrounded by a few guards that Rikke hadn't seen before but were dressed similarly to the ones in town. It wasn't long before Phobe came around and greeted them. They spoke amongest themselves a moment before she returned to Rikke.

"Dea these folk will take your people to any town they wish. The elder has already give permission for supplies, but we can only provide about a week's worth of food for your tribe."
