Best I could come up with is Odachi of Dirty Mischief or Great Sword of Horny Calamity

淫 generally means horny but it could also mean dirty, 禍 means calamity, evil, mischeif, trouble, catastrophe, accident or disaster .

Her name is Odachi, so you probably don't want to translate that into anything else.

Odachi are her title. like in Parallel Fantasy IF they all had Teacher in them, this one seems to have Odachi in all of them, or atleast most of them

either way, it should stay as is, instead of being broken down into "Great Sword"

Technically "second name" has closer nuance to a title/description than a nickname.

'Nickname' has a friendlier interpretation (and usually used as ニックネーム)

I think translating it as title is fine.

Another manga example would be something like Rurouni Kenshin.
Kenshin is his real name
Battousai his 'second name' (and people do refers to him as such)

A western example would be from something like Lord of the Ring.
Gimli is his name
Son of Groin is his 'second name'

well, if you open the game up the "second name" will change the characters "nickname" on the actor profile. whereas Title changes their class.

so, her Title would be her class or profession as some games have it, and her second name is her nickname.
