I unfortunately don't think that's been confirmed anywhere, it's just people speculating because... I dunno, the last update was bigger than the others we've gotten over the year and a half of no new builds? Would love it if someone told me how wrong I am, but I don't really understand why everyone thinks it's suddenly dropping soon. "Soon" was, yet again, one and a half years ago.

Also, jesus christ that argument up there is running long!
 
Yeah pretty sure the month thing is false. Possibly from a mistranslation, or something else. I have yet to see a date confirmed anywhere and I imagine the dev would announce something important like that.

I'd love to give my two cents on the argument above but I really dont like reviewing stuff before it's actually out so I'll just hold my tongue. I do have high hopes for it though, similar to how I felt about Holy Knight Rikka.

It was in the original thread on ULMF, that is now hidden after the first "uprising."
It's why the game even has element-themed levels, and why you get their elemental power after winning.

I posted a full LP in an earlier comment. As I said, click to any random times after the first area, and you're going to find plenty of examples.

You made the arguments that games like
-Demon's Sperm
-Future Fragments
-Kurovadis
are "on par" with NoR, and then cried that "recency bias" is why people think they're not.
If you think this at all, then you are the one that has not recently played them. If you think there is any contention there, then make a better argument, because the one you're presenting is full of so many massive holes that it has a [Gaping] tag on sadpanda.

It doesn't, there are many great h-games with simple gameplay, but you're joking if you think the clunky climbing-platforming and the stiffly-hold-gun-to-fire gameplay of PiC is "on par" with NoR's combat and movement. It's like the OG rotoscoped Prince of Persia in slow motion. People remember that game for the pixel animations and the bug scene, not the gameplay.

So exactly what I said? Got it. They hired a new artist to redraw everything.
Even the post you linked mentioned that "the unfinished illustrations will be done by the new artist" but just as I said, they just had him redo everything.

If there is teammate or you can control other char will be nice, but that means D-lis has more work to do.
Well, I played Holy Knight Ricca on hard with no items, but I have to use items on rush stage and boss rush stage, then I stuck on boss rush stage, stage 20's boss is annoying, then I'm not good at boss fighting, that's another thing annoying.
If you're boring and need other game, I'll suggest this.

my bad, i must have gotten NoR mixed up with another game I was looking forward to. Sorry about the misinformation.

Looking back at their latest post on Ci-en, it looks like they're finishing up some parts of the game but didn't really give an estimate on how close the game is nearing completion. Hopefully we'll get an announcement or a DLsite page when the dev gets there though
 
Just gonna hop in real quick about the anthophobia cg thing. To clarify, the first ones when 1.0 was out was done by sourjelly, the creator. For 1.50, Fenrir did a remake of all the CGs, but then for personal reasons, they had to drop out for being their artist, so Jotti is now their artist. I believe the CGs from 2.0 were from them. Ok? Ok.

Came to check news and found some interesting disccusions, nice!
Aslong the game isnt just a GOR that leads to a cg, decent kinks coverage and an erotic stats system thats amazing 4 me, status problems like estrus, pregnancy and stuff like that and a corruption system that shows, that would be "perfect" (HKR im looking at u, u are an extraordinarie exception), saddly the games that pass those requeriments usually sacrifice visuals

Yet, i'm not entirely sure what classifies as ACT (sinistar may fit there?), but wanted to have an excuse to make message number go bigger and recommend some games.
 
"ACT" is literally just an action game. Most stuff that's not roleplaying games, tabletop/board games and management games fit in there. Sinistar is definitely an ACT game.
 
Skyrim with a decent array of mods can be turned into a rather decent GOR game, with a couple of minor caveats (characters T-pose for a few seconds while the sex scenes load, so it requires some suspension of disbelief). I recommend you to check out BakaFactory's mods on his Patreon, and/or the Battle Fuck mod(s) and the Cursed loot mods on loverslab.

It requires a little know-how with the different tools (Mod Manager, FNIS, Body slider, etc.), but you can turn Skyrim into something that would actually belong in this forum, while still remaining Skyrim, and at a decent price since the only thing you pay is the game, and possibly BakaFactory's Patreon (even if you can get some of his stuff for free).

also, if youre worried that this game would never see the light of day, just forget this game and pretend it didnt exist or something. Well, unless if you poured money into this. In which case you should retaliate. but we're not even there yet, and hopefully never

Since this is getting out of NoR topic but still within H-game topic scope, I just wanna say that my old laptop can run modded skyrim rather well while struggling to start anthophobia.

I think I agree with the guy that say, as long as you can fap to it and cum, it's a good game.

But quoting myself from... Alp's sequel iirc, some H-games can be played and then stay as a game than a glorified unlocked gallery.
Which Alp is the latter.

I love alp, but what put them on the map was their L2D animation which is superb.
