Greetings, PLAYER, updates to the current EGG Chamber system have resulted in the following change to Fatigue Point regeneration: Your FP stat will return to maximum given enough time between your next fight... roughly five minutes. There are status effects that may impede full, or any recovery at all, including severe injury, but otherwise, your fatigue will reset given a short period of only mild exertion or less.

After seeing that game text, Dana feels a bit more confident about continuing on, and indeed her fatigue seems to lessen and the overwhelming tiredness dissipates after several minutes. It seems the major concern, if such things were a bother to Dana, was her lack of clothes. Other than that, she seemed to be functioning normally.

A few more minutes of walking brought her within sight of the main road, but it was about this time that she heard a familiar sounding giggle from somewhere to her left, in the forest.

After a while, crossing through the forest, Dana hears ahead a loud thrashing of underbrush and the snapping of twigs and the crackling of fallen leaves. Three more imps are hurtling her direction and a desperate gate. Something larger sounding seems to be following close behind them.

The first one sees her and points her out to the others in some gibberish language she doesn't understand. The other one waves his arms frantically and babbles back to him.

They keep on running straight towards Dana, without looking like they intend to slow down.

As the one who had pointed her out runs near her, she lunges at him, skewering him solidly in his side. The other imps yell in terror and keep running past her, making her scratch her head in surprise. Then she feels the ground begin to shake, and the larger creature that was behind them came into view. This was a towering bulky figure, perhaps seven and a half feet tall, broad shoulders with a coarse brown hide covering its body. Its head was that of demonic boar, complete with two dagger-sharp tusks coming out of its huge head. It had red and white paint smeared over its face, and its mad red eyes seemed to change their focus from the imps it had apparently been chasing on to the naked form of Dana right before its path.

"Grrrrruuuuuu...." It growled as it slightly shifted its direction to come straight at her.
