Normally those mark who you can get the ending for, but if you go into 3p/4p then you're stuck in those particular endings.

To clarify, you don't get to choose an ending, that choice just straight up takes you to the last day that ends the game, whereby you get whichever ending you unlocked (4p takes precedence over 3p and 3p takes precedence over the single endings, but I haven't figured out what the order for the single endings are. I'm assuming Yui>Rei>Miyuki).
No, you get to choose the single ending. You get to choose 1 of them on the last day before you go back home with your parents. I'm 100% sure.
That only happens if you haven't unlocked the 3p or 4p endings.
The trick is to see each individual ending as soon as you unlock them, then get the 3p going as soon as possible and then wait until the very last day without alerting Miyuki, this way you can get the 3p ending, reload and then unlock the 4p one.
*PS: The CGs for the individual endings are hotter anyway.
This is incorrect, for individual choices the game really does have this order of preference whenever it is forced to make a "random choice", which is very rare and almost always defaults to Yui, but for individual endings you get to choose as long as you didn't unlock the multi endings.

Probably a problem with japanese name caused by not extracting while using Japanese local setting.
You might try to download the game trial from dlsite and copy - paste the trial folder (or re download the game). Just extract using local setting as japanese or setting your extracting tool (winrar / winzip) as japanese language.
Raise the blue bar to 100 in order to unlock the pink bar in intervals of 20

Quick question here to anyone who can help me out, playing 1.054 it's full in JAP of course, so when you talk with a girl the yellow text in her bubble is her attention? AFAIK I have to raise it by ignoring her? (ie doing any other girls) so it gets high and they hear you fucking and come catch you so I can unlock 3P and 4P?

Yup, that about covers it. You can also raise it by 30 points by giving them one of the items (porn mag) from the gym room salesman.

changing the language only made it not playable at all (closes and opens in smaller resolutions 2 times until it closes without opening)
used a newer version of the game, some sex positions are possible now but still get the error for the piledriver one, if anyone has no problem at all just dump your img/wwww folder in here
e/ looks like a problem other people face too (piledriver bug)

Does anyone know the requirement to see Miyuki's scene on the family trip in the mountains. MTL translation makes no sense so I'm looking for any kind of clarification. I'm kinda guessing it involves the scene of Miyuki finding the mc underpants when he hits max semen but this is a shot in the dark.

Why can't I choose certain girls during Sundays ? I am on the Beach and it wouldn't let me choose the blonde girl even though I have the pink bar at 80 and the blue one at 100

Anyone with enough money should know that in the shop there is a 800 gold item that upon consumption gives you like 100 stamina,the other 800 gold item gives you a lot of sp upon usage,although I used it while having sex with the girls,I don't know if you can use it while walking around.
