Here is a partial as I liked the game and there didn't seem to be one.
Good 80% is translated enough that it should be playable start to finish
without a text-hooker or walk-through.

Only things not done are the H-scenes themselves as they aren't needed
to complete the game and the top left HUD element as it's a photo but
its also easy to understand anyway. If someone wants to finish it up
its cool just let me know.
