I cannot say that I'm overly excited about any of the choices, not being a fan of vore/gore/scat. That leaves the tentacles only (kind of meh compared to the monster ideas already in the game), the bestiality (which is too vague at this point to comment on), or the body modification monster (which is intriguing, but also way too vague to comment on until we see more specifics.)

In a concept picture it showed one of them sucking poop from tikis rump...so scat remains a possibility, but is not a definate part of the fight with them

Not this again. Mist Sisters concept art did include scat. Noone 'jumped abroad' (?), it was clear from the picture. However, now that he did implement it in MDW stage, maybe we will be fortunate enough to not see it any more.

Alrighty, we have choices... Now lets try to understand them...
My take on the subjects:
Multiple Lesbians- Never really even got much oh a meh outta me with the original Mist Sisters reveal... And it wasn't that it was scat related or anything... Just... Gonna be a Yuri version of drinkworms... And now a not so furry version of the Crashers... And at this point a total yawn...
Torture Monster- Sounds alot like a combination of the FUK420 and the Guro Doctor... Both weren't exacly jumping out at me... But combined may produce a decent little show... A sadistic scientist using robo BDSM... I'd say could be surprisingly interesting...
Zombie stage- Now I'm all for Zombie Pride... But when a stiff gets a stiffy... Things just seem to snap off... Not to mention the Maggot Feast that the Zombie is too! I dunno bout you, but I didn't fap to the first level of Nanocrisis... And I'll leave it at that...
Tentacle Only- A safe stage where new parts are concerned Tentacles are great, versatile, loveable, and thet can fuck your shit up... Though I hope if this one makes it he ressurects the Tentacle Tree Concept from Mother Tentacle...
Bestiality- Dog, Horse, maybe a snake... If He's gonna go that way he should make it something interesting... Like say... A bear or cassowary or something that hasn't been done to death...
Inside the body- Well... You can definatly expect a Majin Buu style fight here... Limbs and tentacles poping out at just about any angles no definative target to attack... If you've ever complained about the difficulty before? I'd suggest not voting this one... WAAY to easy to OP this Mofo
Body modification- As far as I've ventured into this I havent seen much on Guro crossovers... What I have found was futatization, breast expansion, inflation, possible transformation, parasitation, and many other things relevent to my interests...
Hermaphrodite Mushroom- Now THATs something I havent come across yet... At least in a Non-Mario way... But I can dig a Sexed up version of a Mushroom Kingdom citizen... Especially when it means Aphrodesiac Spores, Possible "Polyping" creating a mini version that you also have to fight off...
Milker- well... Lets see... Alarune, Drinkworm, Fluidhunter, Ameoba... And maybe possibly Crashers... ALL have Milking attacks already... But a designated Machine/tentacle monster FOR milking? .... Nah... I can't even... Just sounds like a excuse to grapple spam to me... Even though I like the Lactation/Milking fetish... I just can't see it being a main focus in a fighter...
Tentacle Clothing- In one word? Parasitism... Usually the tentacles are living within the host and changeing her from within to suit the tentacles needs more effectively... Linking this back to Body Modification
Sea anemone- Well last time we saw a term like this it was being inserted into Tiki's Nipples and was quickly changed... But as a fightable monster size? I can see alot of "NO! She's ducking AGAIN! Why can't my tentacles reach? Stupid fat, unflexible stemthinggy..."
And the Mysteriousness of "Something Else" Which should be basicly saying "Lets let Eluku decide!" Well... I don't see any real flaw to this decision... Peoples personal tastes may clash... Allowing the creator the arbitrary decision to put in whatever he or she feels at his or her own discretion...
