Faries are small, they have wings. Even the biggest faries historically are never more than a foot tall. Elves are adult size or bigger. They don't have wings but otherwise look similar to the traditional opinion of fairies.
If this is an elf it's an elf. if it's a fairy it's a fairy.
Having said that, I assume Splicers comment went along the lines of "What is this topic?" or "Huh?"
In which case that is also correct. Cause I want people to think outside the box here and voice their ideas and or opinions.
If the decision is to exclude all mention of size and assume that there is no correlation then so be it. But I want a opinion of the general public here if I can get it.

See, right there is the problem I'm having with the argument. Fairies aren't "historically" anything because they are not history.

She's just nearly the same size as a spider-person-thing, a tentacley-beelike-thing, and magic-ice-wolf-thing. There's no relative sizes to compare to. They could be on another planet where they're all 13 feet tall.

Historical depictions of fairies have pitched them as anything from as tall as a human to small enough to have relations with a caterpiller.
I'm pretty sure this isn't meant to be happening in any dimension resembling our own, so scale is pretty irrelevant.

Ok, true that these fairies are human sized, but they're fairy godparents. Meaning they can use magic to literally do just about anything, including size changes and shape-shifting, as long as it follows the rules. We don't really know if the fairies in Fairy fighting are THAT magical. Or we can just take the easy route out and say that fairy godparents were behind the whole game....

When I think Fairies I think of my heritage, Ireland, Irish believe. The wee folk. Irish mythology dates back a few thousand years and lists hundreds of variations of fairy folk who all live in their own little dimension or something. I can't expect everyone to know about those references though I guess. (oh, I also think Tinkerbell. But who doesn't)
Certainly, in modern media and depictions what defines a fairy is much more open to interpretation than the history I was looking at and the arguments are fair.

Hey, how about an attack where the wolf uses one paw to pin down Tiki's head, and proceeds to piss all over her face to establish dominance. And then the pee freezes and Tiki has to walk around blinded by a veil of frozen piss.

There is an argument for assigning an "average" height for Tiki - say, 5'6" or something - and giving enemy heights relative to that, for people who get their kicks from empathising with Tiki; there's another to assign traditional fairy heights for those who're into that too. Given that different people want different things from it, I'd say it's best to just not give reference to absolute size at all, and don't interfere with the image people already have.
Personally, I see Tiki as being human-sized, but that's just me.

I find that she attempts it more as her health decreases, so damage her first if you're trying to see it. When she activates it, she stays on the ground for quite a while so, even if you're not in the air when she goes for it, you can still hop up and get caught before she cancels out of it.

When fighting Frost Wolf there's little blue flames that appear under the health bars, anybody know what they're for?
