As far as I can tell, the meter fills up a little more each time you get hit by an SP move you haven't seen before in that playthrough, and you get a special scene if you beat the Hell's Door stage with the bar full. It's basically impossible to fill if you start on Hell's Door; I recommend starting on Raper Beast, he has plenty of moves, and continuing doesn't empty the bar (though I suspect that's a bug).
I dunno, Hell's Door doesn't do much for me, personally. Not enough interaction. You basically just walk into each part, get some, heal, repeat. It has a tiny bit of challenge now that the jellyfish does something, but...it's more of a minigame than a fight. Maybe if the jellyfish or the monsters could do something for themselves? I certainly wouldn't be opposed to some actual attacks.
Also, has anyone figured out the trick for the milking thing or the egg laying thing in Hell's Door? You take less damage if you hold the down button on the other two, but is there a way to do that on those ones?
Also, I like the new move on Fallen Fairy, but it's WAY too spamable. She can just continue to wail on you while you're unable to get up because of the long time it takes to recover when on the ground. I do like the fact that it fills her SP to max though, since getting the foe to fill up is a pain in many fights if you want to see moves.
