Edit: I thought 1.05d was the newest. When did 1.06 come out and what's new in it?

If you're talking about the listing on Nyaa, I'm pretty sure that's just incorrectly labeled. There's no mention of something like that on the japanese dlsite page, and I think if you download that it actually just has 1.05d in it.

Looks like Mega has become more strict with files. I got a copyright take down notice on that file.

Appears so. Best solution going forward is going to be encrypting+obfuscated internal filenames so the hashes are different.

I've got stuck on the knight boss who does incredibly amounts of damage each round.

somewhere in the bottom right of where you start. not all the way bottom-right, but in that general direction.

Start by going left, then down, then around to the right. IIRC.
