Just wondering but I got this from the Japanese dlsite when it was released but I've noticed that the English dlsite copy of this that was released a bit ago is in English so I was wondering is there a patch I can download to change my copy to English or do I need to get a second version from the English dlsite?

^ Probably the latter. Most english versions are hardcoded in english by the circle/Dlsite. Either re-buy them
() or find a way to decompile the japanese version, translate whatever you can and recompile it back into an hybrid engrish mutant.
