Evilize 1.07 [AKUMARA] Need help with story progress (police route)

I stuck at this mission in police route it say i need to enter New Order HQ building I TALK WITH EVERY NPC AND ENTER EVERY BUILDING, BUT I still cannot progress IT there is a building
that i enter and have a cutscene but I still don't know what this game wants me to do i want to progress this route does anyone know how can i pass this mission
