After you progress the main story enough, when you talk to Reimi she will have a new option "Reimi's Request". That will start the EX events. Just follow along from there, it should be pretty clear what to do. There are no scenes until the end stage of the EX quest though. (where you have to rescue Runto)

There is a link in the opening post to mayak's blog, where you can read up on the circumstances of the TL patch. Also, I assumed [WIP - Full] means isn't full, just yet. Also, I assumed you would search the thread when looking for a full save (top-right -> search -> select "this thread"), because you could have found this post, then: post #286.

The short answer is: on DLsite. It's an official patch. Black Panda decided to release it early and add the rest when I finish it. Not my idea, but it's his game, he can do what he wants with it. As for the state of it, the only things not done are the prostitution scenes, basically. Everything else should be translated.

As for news on the translation, I am still working on it, these scenes are very tedious and time consuming due to all of them having 8 or more variations. I've worked on a few partials with Yugifan3 here and there so I don't get burned out like I did before, because if that happens it will take even longer, lol.
 
how in the flying FUCK do you get the sake, been trying all night and these dumb slot machines just refuse to give me a jackpot, I have no idea how to cheat engine either so can't do that
 
You can get a quest by talking to one of the casino receptionists and then the bartender.

If that doesn't work, talk to the general store owner and he should open up the slums, where you can also get it.

Seconding this request. I did see reference to a person who is "cheating" at the casino and making tons of money, but I've been unsuccessful in finding them.

Going the slum route, as mentioned, is much easier than the casino route, and has H scenes. Been a while since I played, but I think you have to talk to Albus at the general store and he will tell you about the slum king being likely to have some of that sake, after which the guards should let you into the slums.

The cheater is a completely separate side quest. Been a while, but think you need to have the main questline to a certain point before it's available. Talk to the clown man and he should talk about someone cheating the slots and wanting it to be looked into. That should generate a quest you can take at the bar. Note this has an H scene and it's only available if you fail, if you catch the thief you will be locked out of the casino scene. (and all catching the thief gets you is some money)

EDIT: I remember now, lol. Doing the cheater quest should get you the sake regardless of how it turns out. But you can do the slum or the casino quest even after you have the sake, so you won't miss the scenes if you want them all.

You should get it as part of the prostitution events. There is a hint card in the brothel on what her stats need to be to get started in the brothel. (need to turn hints on if you don't see it)

Seeing that you're using windows XP is already a problem.
KERNEL32.dll is the operating system kernel, so that tells you that is the problem.

A quick look at the game's DLSite page shows that it was made with RPG maker MV.
A quicker google search shows that the system requirements for RPGMMV start with Windows 7.

We've all heard this many times but I'll take this opportunity to remind you that security updates for windows XP stopped years ago and you should've moved to something newer by now.

Thank you for the explanation.Too bad my laptop is absolutely sh*t so i can't update to window 7,also don't have money for a new one since i'm still only student.

Unless you really need a laptop for studies, i would recommend you to save up for a normal desktop PC. You can save a lot of money by buying the parts and building the computer by yourself. I'm not sure how are the prices in your country (i don't really recognize that language) but i'm pretty sure you will be able to save a lot anyway.
 
Is my game bugged or something? I wish I could rebuy the game from DLSite but I did so at a time where you could just guest purchase. Now I can't actually get it back for free so I'm not gonna bother but almost every scene in the scene viewer isn't translated.

As I said, the prostitution/consensual scenes are the only ones not finished. There are a lot of them, and they all have variations, that's why it's taking so long. They pull text from the same events as the main game, so when I get them translated, the recall room events should be done at the same time.

Okay, been searching for ages, does Gillis(the guy you give a Hi-Potion to in the Caves) ever actually show up in town?

Yes, he does eventually show up in town. Don't recall exactly where, I think maybe the bar? And pretty sure it's after the midpoint, when Lucia can gain levels.
He doesn't have a major event or anything, just some dialogue.
