Azula is up next as per the ending of Book 1. After that we really do not know but the characters do seem to be Katara, Azula, Toph, and Korra.

Yup Azula is next but the extra chars i believe are Katara, Azula, Toph, and that girl from air nomad from avatar Korra, since you know there is an air nation/temple, I believe her name is jinora or something.

Azula most definetley deserves the rough stuff, my question though is how will our protagonist survive in the Fire Nation disguised as Aang? Will we be disguised as someone else (Zuko maybe?)

I'll call it a bug for now : if you load/do book 1 before book 2, the water nation's $ display on the top left stays there forever even if the fire nation's $ is in the middle ....

There aren't a lot of clothing options but you can just go to the store and buy outfits. Once you have the clothing go to her house and select the option for clothing. The more revealing the more you have to "break" her before she wears them.

One of the few things that bother me in Book 1 is how little we see the outfit that we buy for her. I hope that one day they'll come back to Book 1 and add more moments where we can see Katara with new clothes.

Either way way we are at least a year away before we get to that point.

Should of worded that differently. We have no idea if the next Book will be Earth-Toph or I am guessing Avatar-Korra. It really depends on who Mity wants to violate at that moment lol.

Well the Legend of Korra series didn't follow the normal Book names. The seasons were named:
Book One: Air
Book Two: Spirits
Book Three: Change
Book Four: Balance
If anything I think Book: Spirits is a better name than Book: Air
