Now as for some guy shouting random bullshit, that makes no sense and is aimed at a discussion that also has no relevance. It's just crazy.

Like this killer here in Tucson. He had a youtube page with some uploads that dealt with fucking... wack nonsense. Stuff that seemed to come right from the movie Inception.

I don't know... when I see people stepping up to defend ideas that make no sense... it gets creepy.

If the judge didn't aqquit I'd be disappoint. Seperation of church and state IS in the constitution as the guy put it. And personally the guy SHOULD sue for the cost of the camera and hospital bills, and the other one for false imprisionment/charges. Btw, what did they charge them with, disorderly conduct?

Indeed it was disorderly conduct. It was apparently for him standing up and saying what he said.

Also, the guy who "man-handled" him had charges pressed against him I think. I'm not sure about the rest.

Separation of church and state is not explicitly in the constitution. What is in the constitution is a clause staring "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." No national religion, no prohibited religions. That's what's in there. The church and state bit was extrapolated over time from there and, depending on who you ask, has recently been taken to new and ridiculous extremes.
