This game doesn't have a proper cover image so forgive the dlsite previews. Genuinely surprised nobody's made a thread for this yet, given how popular the dev's previous works were.

(at least that's what DLSite is calling it now) (thread here) comes a new game, very much in the same style. This one even has a built-in english translation (though the menus are the only thing with text, but still)In fact, to anyone who's played Scarlet War Maiden this game will be extremely familiar - aside from a new boss system, it uses pretty much the same mechanics, just a little more refined. Let me get into it.
STORY
So to start things off, this game has no dialogue. None whatsoever. All of the story is told through spoken emojis and small character animations, with a couple tidbits hidden in the item description sin your inventory. On the upside, it's easy to understand even if you don't know the language! On the downside, there's not much TO understand. Main guy wants to heal his big sister who's been afflicted with some unknown disease, stumbles across the exact same brand of extra-horny magical girl powers the protagonist of Scarlet War Maiden had and goes on a dungeon clearing spree because each boss drops an item that heals his sister a little more. Of course this means he genderbends himself to fight, and he can get plenty corrupted in both forms, ultimately corrupting the whole city around him and turning it into a wild fuckfest for all to enjoy. Good times.
GAMEPLAY
It's super simple and consists of two modes: exploration mode and dungeon mode. In exploration mode, you wander around the various locations within the city, looking for hearts that let you interact with npcs in a horny way (there are no other interaction options.) When you find such a heart, you can pay some of your currency (EP or I guessing "ero points" which are earned by having sex, go figure) to permanently unlock that particular npc's scene for whenever you feel like seeing it. First time views also grant a collectible that's useful for skipping dungeon puzzles and unlocking stuff post-game.
In dungeon mode, it plays pretty much the same as scarlet war maiden: you wander around the dungeon, trying to walk forward into enemies to kill them before they walk sideways into you to damage you. Monochrome enemies only damage, coloured enemies do gropes and mode. There's also a huge host of lewd traps, interactive objects, cosplay items, force-equipped accessories and so on, once again, just like there was in war maiden. At the end of each dungeon lies a boss, who greets you with a full-screen encounter. You use the arrow keys to select a move, but which move is on which key is random and constantly changing from good to bad options (seriously one of the options is just "take damage") so it's mostly just about paying attention and being patient. Not hard.
Controls
You use the ARROW KEYS to move
Z, UP ARROW or ENTER to interact
Xor ESCAPE to cancel or open menu
and in dungeons, you can use C to fire medium ranged magic in a straight line forward, letting you damage enemies from a distance (this is new to this game, war maiden didn't let you shoot people)
additionally, you can hold down Z or ENTER to speed up animations and cutscenes, y'know, if you don't want ot watch the same trap animation for the 30th time.
H Content
Alright so this is where the game truly shines in my honest opinion - and even with that it took a while to hook me in. The first maybe half of the game is kind of slow, the h content basically boils down to "the same softcore not-actually-sex stuff that was in war maiden + a few generic but okay npc animations in town." This changes completely when you unlock the secret shop, either by clearing a hidden challenge dungeon attached to the 7th boss's room, or by encountering it normally in a later dungeon (I think it's first proper appearance is like, dungeon 9/12?)
On the upside, each dungeon does have a (singular) game over scene that plays when defeated by the boss. This is one of those full-screen animations with unlockable extra features or cosmetics, like a second and third tentacle in the tentacle boss scene, or extra chains in the graveyard one. There's also a "dommed by a monstergirl" version of each game over if you're in boy form when you lost, but I didn't actually, uh, do any of that so I don't know what they're like lmao.
This secret shop contains several items which function as toggleable modes that enable the _real_ content of the game: big, full-screen animations, long-winded scenes where characters just go at it from dawn 'till dusk, exhibitionism, bondage, gangbangs, you name it, it all unlocks with this stuff. Specifically, you want the Fruit of Depravity, which, to quote the item description "the boy's mind has completely degenerated." It's a toggle that, while active, turns the entiree world ungodly horny and unleashes absolutely everything all at once.
Also, and this is gonna be a big selling point for a lot of people, there's an item called the Egg of Fertility that while toggled on, enables player pregnancy & birth. It's implemented quite simply; creampies can get him knocked up, at which point "she"'ll be unable to turn back into a guy until going to a special area and giving birth. There's no wait time for the birth cycle, you simply stay pregnant until you choose to give birth, and almost every single npc scene reflects the pregnancy, in fact many of them give you expanded versions if you are pregnant on activation. Think you've seen everything? Think again - get knocked up and try every scene again. It's different now. There's also a lactation toggle and others, so look forward to them.
Conclusion
Overall it's a pretty good game, though the dungeon exploration gets kind of repetitive and frustrating at times. Thankfully the dev went out of his way to set up "cheat portals" you can unlock with the tokens you earn by unlocking porn, so you can skip most of the annoying parts if you like. The content starts off very tame until you unlock the Fruit of Depravity, and then the game beccomes something of a treasure hunt to try and collect all the different, varied scenes that suddenly became available. Before unlocking it, the most interesting thing I could find was a groupof 4 dudes in the park, but after finding the fruit half the scenes I was familiar with had suddenly become full-screen animations, the onsen had become a sex hub, there was a brothel, not quite deserted back alleys and more. It took some doing, but I eventually managed to get scenes with both the king and queen (separately.) And even with all I've done, there's still stuff I haven't found (like that scene of both mc and his sister at the ball together that's in the dlsite screenshots, no idea how to get the sister involved.)
Oh and one last little present, my (post-game, almost complete) save file is attached.
Note: It has the shota tag because there is exactly one scene I could find that had shota (a gorup of 3 kids you can visit for a scene), I did not encounter any loli though there may be a scene or two somewhere that I've missed.
EDIT: I figured out how to get the sister involved! I think the trigger was a specific scene with the prince that only activates at nighttime (which is why I was having trouble finding it), which starts a side quest chain where you can fuck your sister (in guy form) or, if you go to sleep witohut doing so, she'll sneak out to town at night. Do this enough times and she starts joining in on several of the major scenes you can do yourself - prostitution behind the school building, the bathhouse scene, the ballroom party, the wall-butt prostitution and even the gangbang room in the brothel.
Also I've now gone through all the male variants of the boss cgs (where it's monstergirl x male mc instead of monster x female mc) and the wolfgirl boss (boss 3) is... very petite, but I don't think actually loli. Kind of a judgement call, though.
