You can escape from the ship, but it is very difficult to do, I succeeded on the fourth attempt.

4 seconds here. And yeah, getting out of the reactor room is what eats up the most time, would've been nice if we could've used the final boss as a platform.
Total runtime was around 2 hours 10 minutes. Probably 100%? No progress tracker though, didn't find whatever goes in the 3rd slot for your weapon but I'm just gonna claim it doesn't exist XD . Given the obvious metroid homage I'm wondering if there's anything fun to see if you can get in under 1 hour.
Kind of feel like the game would have been a bit more enjoyable without the RPG mechanics. Certainly isn't a bad game though.
You actually just need to time the high jump for both of the last parts of the Mother Brain fight. I kept trying to screw attack and speed boost until I noticed how high the ceiling is on this area. You just gotta time the high jumps and go across.
22 seconds here. i'm stuck at reactor room too, forgot that if you hold up while doing air screw you could literally fly up. to my surprise i actually out of MP potion first before HP cause i spam lot of air screw and shield during escape attempt, geez i underestimate how valuable this MP potion for your escape.
took me 2 attempt for final boss until i manage to find a optimal strategy to beat it easier and cheaper. tips for final boss:
you want to spam those air screw attack, fly and stay on the boss head. you also want to activate your shield first before fly cause when you hit like 10% of it's HP it will erect shield too that will push you away and eat your HP, your barrier will negate that damage so you won't need to worry about your HP.
for boss shield phase. use a high jump and air screw to change your position to the other side and keep distance, keep this strategy till you in. 1st phase the boss will shot 2 spread shot, dodge it the best you can. 2nd phase it will start shooting "bottom to top" laser, you must fly up and get behind the boss to dodge it, there's no other way. 3rd phase it will shot same laser 2 time. i swear one could beat final boss with no damage if manage to dodge all the attck properly. IMPORTANT NOTE: save the MP and HP potion as much as you can, especially MP potion, you really need that for your escape.
it took me 1 fail attempt during escape, i was too nervous and under pressure with only 80 seconds for escape to do it and end up making wrong turn. manage to did it at my 2nd attempt with 22 seconds left. tips for escaping:
you only have 1 minute and 20 second (80 second total) thank you for the cutscene that eat your 5 second tho.
remember when i said save your MP potion? i'm not kidding. the moment you escape the final boss room you need to fly up high, high jump won't be enough, you need to do the air screw while holding up to make you fly up. take left path after you fly from save point before boss room. watch out when you go left, there's flying enemy from below the ground that will stunt you.
the left room is a long corridor with huge enemy on the ground and flying enemy, put some shield and fly with air screw to reach the other side. while you flying make sure to spam some MP potion when you fly cause you will out of MP fast here. keep going until you reach intersection of up or left, left is previous boss room but don't take that path, go up instead. keep doing the air screw cause you move faster with those. ignore literally every single enemy you encounter, your time is short. if you feel lose open the map and calm yourself, the timer stop when you do so, formulte your escape plan properly
in short, thing that you need to know for escape: spam air screw, have like at least 15 MP potion to make sure you won't out of it
finally reach the ending, you escape and safe.... maybe? (the egg). i just wish the ending isn't static picture if ellen, at least make it a little animation. i mean JUST LOOK AT IT, a little movement when you zoom in to her body is enough make most excited down there
I didn't use air-screw or any MP potions during my escape. Just spammed shield and ran at high-speed. Probably explains the time difference, but if you're low on MP potions it's still completely do-able.
Where are the keybind settings stored? I accidentally reassigned the z key and now I can't confirm any changes back to normal. Deleting the entire game folder and re-installing does not help.
Edit: I'm an idiot. The mouse works just fine as a confirm button while in the menus, so I was able to undo the problem.

i didn't use air screw to get out of last room. High jump resets your double jump ability so just do double jump then high jump and double jump again. if timed correctly you should get just enough height to get out of arena.
Actually there is a seriously easy exploit(?) to the screw attack that can speed you up to 3 times if you have enough potions to keep feeding it.. Basically hold the fast run button while doing the screw attack to fly and only let go of the jump button to change directions (it makes you able to fly fast even upwards)... I did the escape sequence "comet style" with nothing really being able to stop me... The only real issue though is figuring out the least convoluted route back to the ship...

Those are traps that activate during the last boss fight after a certain hp threshold. Standing on them with sex attacks enabled should trigger them. Also, escaping successfully after the boss should fully unlock the gallery.
i'm not sure how can you not find it, you literally just need to get rid of your clothes (simply get hit till half of your bar) and stand on one of those platform on the ground, 1 second standing there is enough to trigger the animation. i just tried it and there it play
you want to see the scene or what? i didn't get that scene unless i'm lossing in purpose, i mean with my own strategy there's no room for me to just stand there waiting.

the said scene can be triggered in-game simply by standing on certain platform in final boss room when your clothes got ripped. for me i didn't get the said scene UNLESS i stand idly on the said platform, thus i said "i didn't get that scene unless i'm lossing on purpose"
i know how to get that scene but i didn't get it during my own playthrough.
