Um... "La Blue Girl"? The "of Darkness" series?

A big part of the attraction for tentacles is that of an irresistably stimulating partner, able to drive the recipient to heights of ecstasy not easily accesible with a human partner. It's a bit hard to bring in that concept, without bringing in at least a little submission - e.g. the girl gets overstimulated and cooperates during the sex itself, even if she was fighting beforehand and afterwards she still tries to stab the monster.
