Just a heads up, but as we are here anyway, what is 'hyper pregnancy?'
I do know of a fistful of games with pregnancy in them so I may be able to help.

and ever time i look for this fetish in rpg games they always have one baby to give birth to and I like more then one.

You can do that in RL Easy.. Just lock 2 cubans in a room for 2 weeks..

That many children at once? Ouch.

All I can think of that are likly to fit the bill will be ones where you're egged and birth maggots or the like, of course that may not fit your tastes.

if it does though from what I can find in my collection:
Iris action, one of the game overs has her egged and you can leave it running as long as you want with her poping one out at five second intervals.

Other world quest: pregnancy is things like worms and maggots though but these are born in groups of 5 or 6. It is loli though. Didn't realise I had it. :confused:

If eggs are fine. 'The bizzare adventure of adventurer Hinako 2' (I think it translated as) has the girl birthing a few eggs.

Thats all I have that I can suggest I'm afraid.

Some of the RPG games by ONEONE1 you level up by giving birth, so in a game you can have many children, but single births.

Similarly games like Drop Factory have you giving birth many times. Also the game Evil Goddess has the same.

But games with muitpile births NOT of eggs/worms/tentacles (ie twins or more) the only game I can think of is "Flexible Survival" where you can give birth to up to quadruplets (no more that quads)

Bit of a specific request, my apologies if I'm in the wrong place.

Any good games out there where the heroine had eggs laid inside her? Preferably by an insect-like creature? I've played the hell out of Nanocrisis and HotB, but playing the two same games gets...ehhh. Even though they are very good.

Hate to break it to you, but I don't think you'll find a game with a fetish like that. Maybe doujins or pictures up on e-hentai, exhentai and the sort. Possibly a hentai anime/movie, but don't quote me on it. In the years I've been on this forum, the only 'hyper pregnancy' I've come across deals with insects and whatnot. It's just me, though, there might be a hidden gem out there for ya.

Title : Shikyuu Choukyoushi - Seo < Loli

Multiple babies on that one page.

I've played some RPG maker games here, didn't really encounter something like giving birth to multiple human babies at once.

well yeah, anything made by HU is pretty much pregnancy heavy, even to the point it's kinda disturbing (even for my standard) putting aside that most of it is incest futa.

also, can't forget that mother-daughter piece where
the mother's sperm rapes the daughter's

for god's sake, I kid you not, and you read it right, he really made something like that
