So there's an upcoming major 1.4 update coming up within like a week or so for the game.

The update will also increase the price from 2200 to 3200 yen (also the author plan to work on expansion for the game next?)

Pretty much, this is the last (unless there's bug fixes) update before dev works on DLC, and remake for the first monochrome game.
 
English/Steam version is releasing on 3/23

And the DLC is currently announced for mid-April release (though might be slightly delayed to late April as well)

DLC for this game is coming out on the 13th.
 
Wonder if KG gonna translate it too, since they released the game before the DLC was announced on Dlsite...

Not sure for the DLSite part, but they released it after the dev announced the DLC, but before the date was known... as far as I know, they will let the dev bug fix it first.
 
They are 100% going to do the DLC. After the amount of revenue the base game got them, whey would have to have absolute morons on their management side to not do so.
The better questions is how long it will take them, there was a 6 month wait between Winter memories being released DLSite and KG releasing it.
