As quietly as she can, Jen rummages through the drawers. Before she can find anything of use, she hears the sound of a belt. Turning, she is immediately hit in the chest by the man. He seems to have either undone his arm straps, or they were never attached to begin. Rubbing her left breast from the impact, her eyes dart left and right, looking for an option.

Eeeeee! Jen cries out before slapping the man as hard as she can.

Slapping the man, she manages to do an effective judo chop on the man's collarbone, dropping him to the ground. The man rolls around on the ground in pain, hissing at Jen as he does.

Jen whimpers before kicking at the man in a panic as he lies on the ground. Why is this happening.

(By the way, just curious, did the skirt I found not add to defense?)

The first kick into the man sends a high-pitched wail before the man goes limp. trying to slow her heart rate back down from her latest encounter, she looks around that the sparse furniture, trying to draw her mind away from the incapacitated man on the floor.

Looking at the man in fear that he might get up Jen flees back the way she came, hoping that the blob wasn't moving again, and, if nothing stopped her, she would likely continue running north past the room.

Coming back into the hallway intersection, she stumbles across a note that appears to be for some sort of security force. The note mentions something about a stairwell in the northeast corner of the floor.

Noting the note, Jen continues her flight to the north away from the man in the cell to the south.

Jen travels down the hallway for some time. She finally reaches a door to the north that looks like it could be an office of some sort. Se also notices that the hallway now travels to both the east and west.

Jen hurries down the hallway to the east. As she walks, she sees what appears to be yet another doorway to her north. it is a heavy door, and she cannot tell what may be on the other side.

Nervous, Jen jumps to the conclusion that the heavy door is their to stop something inside from getting out, as a result she continues to run down the hallway to the east, not wanting to risk getting caught by whatever is in there

She continues to flee to the east until she reaches a crossroads. She stands in the middle of two intersecting hallways. They travel in all four directions.

Jen glances around, calm enough to remember the note from earlier and decides to try and get to the North wall first before going east. and thus starts going in that direction.

Jen travels north and quickly runs into the end of the hallway. To her East is a doorway. Looking around, she notices a large number of large black trash bags. The hallway is eerily quiet.

Jen looks about, her fear driving her to head to the fire escape, but her mind telling her that, if something is in the bags, she needed to know before she turned her back to it. With that, she starts searching the bags, both for useful items and for enemies.

Opening the first bag, she comes across a white blouse. Other than it having ridiculously short sleeves and a coffee stain on the front, it appeared to be in good shape. Trying it on, she is happily surprised to find that it fits well. It is a little baggy, but Jen doesn't seem to mind.

Well, now that she had both a skirt and blouse, she didn't need much more, although she would keep an eye out for stuff, and would search one last time. Mostly this was to make sure the bags were free of monsters like the blob from earlier.

Opening a few more bags, she comes across only shreds of clothing and paper. Most of the bags have now been searched. She goes back towards the middle of the hallway to get the best view of the area.

Shaking herself a few times to mentally prepare herself, Jen tries to ease the door open and look inside, hoping to not draw the attention of anything inside.
