An upcoming (expect to release Jan 30th) game in the 'shota spend summer time with cousins' that is kind of a genre on its own now.
It's Kamichichi, so every women have breast larger than human head and in this case the shota also pack a giant penis.

The demo cover the first 2 days and pretty much introduce the various systems of the game (fast travel, 'holding hands', etc)
2 of the non-standard RPGMaker keys are:
W - to open map for fast travel (getting map and unlocking fast travel are separate)
A - while walking with someone to talk to them.

Pretty much all the pictures and scenes are animated.
There's 8 women and the game will have harem route.

H content is fairly limited in the trial, unsurprisingly.

If you unlock the skills necessary you can ask for sexual things with the cousins: kissing, touching/sucking their breast.

I feel this particular style of time management + area exploration between figuring how to bang the cousin/any other girl in the area got popular with Spoiled Child/Amaenbo from Doujin Otome.

From there just like popular indie games various copycats/variations pop up like how these days there's many survivors/roguelikes type game since Vampire Survivors or how many card battle taking the base of Slay the Spire.
