1) B - finish the battle, then pursue the king solo, telling the zoras to go back and prepare any they can for combat.
2) A1, B1. But before this, pull the cloaks off some of the defeated figures and find out what feels so familiar about them.
Link built up a small amount of magic into her sword spin attack once more, one of the enemies rushing her anyhow, and dropping like a stone when Link's attack took his head clean off, the last two leaping away, desperately escaping Link's vicious attack, only to fall to her companions.
Link's Biri snatched one of the final enemies, dropping him effortlessly, and the swordsman zora dropped the last one with a sword through its gut. Her spearman ally finally dropped to his knees, small injuries from combat having gotten the best of him at last.
Several of the injured figures slowly forced themselves up from the ground, weapons lost, they seemed utterly unable to battle, as those who could still move approached their fallen companions. "... to die... without leaving a corpse... that is our way..." one of them coughed out, a spurt of blood escaping his lips. "With our final breaths, let us share our knowledge with you..." defeated enemies each using their last breaths to whisper out softly from all around Link, before they finally succumb to their injuries.
"The Zora's true king still lives, sealed away when he sought his daughter. Despite his size and strange apperance, our forces stood little chance against him in his own lands, and trapping him was the first step towards capturing Zora's Domain."
"When the evil of Ganondorf was lifted from the land, many of his former followers moved on their own plans, many of the outlying areas captured, and Hyrule, Ganondorf's true target, divided up among his former followers."
"Evil that is driven away from one land will only re-emerge in another land. Even we warriors needed only find new leadership when we were chased from our homes by the purified lands."
A final laughter echoed over the area as they whispered in unison, "The source of this new wave of evil, the power that emerged after Ganondorf's disappearance, cannot be defeated by simple sword and spear. Fight him with anything you want... his dark magic is powered by a corrupted piece of the triforce... so you cannot defeat him with anything but a weapon capable of fighting the triforce itself."
Each of the beaten foes drew forth bombs suddenly, holding the explosives out, the fuses too short to escape, the zora swordsman crying out as he tried to defend himself, and Link's Biri even recognizing the dangers of the modified bomb flowers shrieked in fear, as a burst of light erupted all around the group.
Link woke up with a throbbing headache, sitting propped up against the fallen rocks on the blocked off path back into Zora's Domain where she'd been thrown from the blast. Forcing herself to her feet, Link took stock of the situation, the three zora hunters all out cold, some more injured than others, her Biri was shivering with injury, a few burn marks across his body, but he seemed as if he'd pull through, a few tendrils already starting to try to rub his stock of minerals over his body to heal himself.
She glanced up to the bridge, knowing the false king was long gone by now, turning a bit further to spot a single cloaked figure that turned and began to walk off. She drew her bow and fired an arrow at it, the shot going wide, and the figure hurled a small blade back, Link crying out as the weapon struck her leg hard, dropping her to her hands and knees. Her entire body trembling still after the explosions.
"Stay down, girl. If I went down there, you would defeat me for certain... but after that last blast, you don't have the strength to pursue me." She could see his dark eyes gleaming from beneath the hood he wore, "It's a shame. If you would've left, I could have easily captured your entire group there. You're the only one left with the strength to fight... That's fine though. We will capture the remaining Zora soon enough. But it's pitiable we must face off against their final skilled fighters a second time."
Link couldn't bring herself to attack the figure again, he was gone moments later, and the queen left to tend to her subjects. She turned and climbed onto the rubble, setting a bomb carefully into the fallen rocks then backing away and letting her explosives do the work. It took almost every bomb she had to clear away enough of the rocks to meet the Zoras behind it, scaredly waiting for what would come.
When they spotted their queen, they rushed to help finish clearing a path, soon bringing their injured fellows, and, with help and encouragement from Link, the poor Biri, back into Zora's Domain. Link ordered them to find a way to block off all ways in or out of the area and to collect weapons, she would begin training them as soon as she had a chance to recover...
---
Link woke from a rough night, only her bedroll against the hard rock, but sleeping in the water felt too strange for her. She barely sat upright and glanced down from the Zora's throne that Ruto's Father had been sitting at so long ago, to find dozens of zoras staring up at her, eagerly awaiting her recovery, many worried for her, their new queen, others desperately awaiting news of Ruto, still more concerned for their safety.
Link's first talk with her people was brief, but powerful. Somehow she knew everything that the defeated enemies spoke of was true, and she told the zoras that their true king was okay somewhere, and princess Ruto was off by Lake Kasuto, doing her best to help them as a sage. The zoras took a while to soak in everything she said, and her warnings. She ended her speech with a promise to help them...
The next few hours Link spent exploring every aspect of Zora's Domain, new tunnels, areas she hadn't been to, she had to strip and re-don her tattered blue outfit so she could go underwater far enough to reach many places that were once hidden away from her. Although she got a few stray glances and looks from the zoras, it was only moments when she slipped away for privacy or a minute to relax from her tiring task that she had anything done against her practically nude body, curious Zoras staring more intently when she rested, and a few children once again rubbing her breasts unexpectedly.
Strangely, she could not find the pair that had offered to help her before, the two lewd individuals seemingly gone from Zora's Domain. Yet it was far larger than she originally thought, and did not let the lack of a couple of her subjects bother her.
After nearly a day of hard work with her subjects and preparing for an invasion, including starting training courses, using the three who fought with her as instructors to the others, Link was content that she did as much as she could for the day when she finally came to rest, her stomach groaning for food and the biri eggs seeming to have swollen inside her, every zora that glanced at her starting to wonder how many children were inside her, none of them guessing that they were eggs inside her, nor guessing it was Biri eggs at that.
Nightfall slowly came, and Link knew there was little else she could do for the zora without staying here for months to help their training and more subtle adjustments to their defenses... but with all of Hyrule in such trouble, did she really want to stop and spend so long with the Zora...

--eggs) if laying the eggs (vote B or C) Link lays them...
a) In zora's domain, with the help of whatever aid the zoras may offer to ease the stress on her body.
b) In zora's domain, privately, trying to remain hidden somewhere so as to not be bothered, then asking the zoras to tend to her biri's eggs, without alerting them to the fact she laid them... or at least not bluntly telling them.
c) In Jabu Jabu's Lake, away from the Zoras, and hoping for some privacy while still laying the eggs someplace near Zora's Domain, and hopefully fairly safe.
d) Out at Lake Hylia. A quick trip through the underwater tunnel and she tries to keep out of sight while laying the eggs.
e) Back at Lake Kasuto. Under the water, with the other Biri, hoping it would be best for the eggs, even though without their large adult swarms, the eggs would be very unprotected.
f) With Pamela at Lake Kasuto. Link remembering that Pamela must be ready to lay her eggs too, and the girl could probably use the help.
g) With Pamela and Dr. Mizumi. Knowing the good doctor would tend to the eggs and probably be very happy to have young biri to study.

1) B - spending another day in Zora's Domain won't hurt, I think - and it'll make laying the eggs much easier. And G - return to Lake Kasuto, find Dr. Mizumi (yes, I AM spelling it right now) and Pamela, and put the two batches of eggs together for him to study and help guard.
2) I like B1 better... less fighting, more negotiating.
Hrm... Link's in a tough spot. She'd obviously like to help out the Zora, but she shouldn't put the eggs in any undue harm what with her going through the trouble of getting them in the first place. Ideally that would mean continuing to help out the Zora and then laying the eggs in a safe place when the time comes. But that's probably a bit infeasible, so...
1.) b - maybe she can help organize the defenses more or something while she waits? Or see if she can find those two missing zora, or any better hint where the king is?
eggs.) f - Find the other mother and take care of both "clutches" when the time comes, hopefully. The doctor... I'm on the fence about him. I'm sure he'd *like* to help, but I'm not sure if he'd actually manage it.
2.) b1 - unless we can get a better idea of where the king is while waiting for eggs, in which case b3.

Vote 1) B, Wait until the Eggs are ready to be laid, and lay them within the Zora Domain.
Vote 1.5) A, Let it be known about the Biri, her pregnancy with them, and that if raised properly, they could make good aid in battle, as her own Biri have proven a few times already.
Vote 2) B, Seek out any strong allies that she may find, but only once she's been assured of that the Biri will be taken cared of by the Zora. If they need incentive, just tell them that it is "Royal Biri", as they've been birthed by their Queen.
We got some 6 days or whatever to get stronger, aswell as finding allies to help us. Protecting Zora's domain is our number one priority, no matter what anyone says. No point in saving them, just to walk away to let them all be enslaved again, right? Lets make them strong enough to protect themselves, and even help us out at some other time.
(Updates may come a bit slower for a while, but I'm going to try not to let more than a couple days pass between updates if I can avoid it.)

Link looked around Zora's Domain once more. It was a beautiful place, but she couldn't shake the imminent feeling of doom. She reached the throne room again and her bed, looking down at her belly and feeling painfully overfilled. A quick glance at her biri nearby, protecting her from any dangers, and she decided right away to lay the eggs properly, someplace safe, near her biri's home.
Her pregnancy got the better of her and she couldn't help but fall into a deep slumber shortly after her long day of helping the Zoras, but her decision was made.
(A day of rest at Zora's Domain)
Link woke to a mild form of morning sickness, rolling over and losing her lunch, a pale, sickly expression on her face, realizing she hadn't eaten properly in a while. She sat up to be greeted by her new advisor, the zora male bowing lightly and as if anticipating exactly what she needed, he presented her with a small tray of prepared fish, that she hungrily accepted.
"I've taken the liberty of giving your biri a few fish as well, my queen." he added with a bow.
The morning was spent with Link and her advisor discussing how to improve Zora's Domain's defenses and better protect them against an attack, mixed with questions of Ruto here and there. She asked more about the rumors and where the former king went, but couldn't get much more information, it seemed as if the rumors were just vague enough that nothing else was useful.
The day was spent a bit milder for the heavily pregnant hylian, she changed into the loose grey clothes that felt far more comfortable around her belly, and did a little to conceal just how badly pregnant she was. A few more defenses prepared, Link blocked off a few of the passageways that the zoras never used so the number of ways in was sharply reduced. And ended her time in Zora's Domain by addressing her people once more, telling them of her plan, that she would bring back warriors and those who can help them, and the promise she would do what she could to return Ruto to them.
Link left the area to cheers and praise, the zora people feeling as if their ruler was looking out for them once again for the first time in years.
(Returning to Kasuto Lake)
The Song of Soaring had Link landing just outside of Kasuto Town, walking the path to the lake quietly and taking the long way around the people who were still celebrating the water goddess. Even though Link had killed the beast that was responsible, the people not knowing or not accepting that the beast she'd slain was their so-called water goddess.
She approached the small hut, glancing down by the lake and seeing the two scientists waving back up at her, still lost in their research.
The door easily slid open and Link heard a few odd groans. A mix of curiousity and certainty over what it was had Link slipping through the lab into one of the back rooms.
Pamela was laying back with an enormous belly, for the slender girl, it looked worse on her than it did on Link. "uuuhgh...ah.E.EEK!" she shrieked as she realized the door was opened, twisting and throwing herself off the side of her bed, trying to conceal her pregnancy, when she spotted Link, she almost cried out in relief, "WHERE WERE YOU? L..L..LOOK AT ME!" she whined. "I... I passed out.. and when I woke up, I was in bed with.. with THIS." she motioned to her egg-filled belly, that she couldn't hide. "I've been avoiding my dad for two days so he doesn't see this... what am I going to do?"
Link walked over and hugged Pamela gently, stroking her shoulders reassuringly and suggesting the two of them ask Dr. Mizumi for help, and that the doctor would keep it a secret if Pamela didn't want her dad to know.
Link asked Pamela to prepare a second bed in her room and rushed down to the lake again, gently encouraging Dr. Mizumi to come help her a bit, without drawing too much attention from the girl's father.
After a little while of the doctor's rambling, they reached the hut and Link tried to slowly ease the conversation into discussion about the biri and its eggs.
"..." The doctor's jaw dropped, and for one of the first times Link had ever seen him like this, he was lost for words, just staring at Pamela's enormous belly. He turned to Link, who lifted her loose shirt enough to show her belly as well.
"..." ...
"d..doctor Mizumi? Are you okay?" Pamela whispered uncertainly.
"..." ...
"I d..d..didn't mean to! Link made me!"
Link gasped in protest, glaring angrily at Pamela.
"..." ...
"Doctor, please say something... You won't tell my dad, right?"
"AAAAAAAAHAAAAAAA! THIS IS WONDERFUL! A BIRI LAYING EGGS IN HYLIANS!" the doctor finally broke out of his stupor to yell, loud enough to startle both of the women into jumping backwards.
"Of course I won't tell your father, but you MUST let me research this more! I'll need to go to town and fetch some materials, and I could use some advice from the local midwife and..." the doctor bolted out of the room and seemed to be going wild with his own little plans, only bursting back into the room to suddenly insist, "DON'T LAY THOSE EGGS WITHOUT ME!" then he was gone again, leaving Link and Pamela staring blankly at one another.
Pamela shook her head and laid down again, and Link bolted after the doctor, trying to insist that she wanted the Biri to be cared for and not merely experimented on, the doctor nodding and reassuring her that his experiments were safe and he'd tend to them, before he offered her some food, then politely urged Link off to bed for rest as well.
Well fed, Link found herself tired again and though her stomach was almost churning with eggs, she drifted off to sleep once more.
(Warnings, in case you didn't get it before. EGG LAYING. Very descriptive, do not read if you don't want to.)
Link awoke to a painful feeling, as if her body could no longer hold in so many eggs, twisting around in the soft bed, she stood up and almost stumbling, walked out of the room, groggily looking out to find Dr. Mizumi at the far end of the lab, setting up a huge basin of water and what seemed to be long rails across the tub.
Slipping through the lab quietly, she found Pamela standing naked nearby, trembling a bit, and the doctor looked up happily, "Ooh, excellent! Judging by Miss Pamela here, you're probably almost ready to give birth as well! Please take your clothes off."
A bit uncertain and shy about such an order, but knowing she was the one who asked the doctor for help, Link pulled her loose grey outfit off, ample breasts coming into view, and her round belly shown off beside Pamela's.
Without hesitating in the least, the doctor walked up to both girls and quickly pushed his hand between their legs, fingers plunging into their pussies.
"AAH. NH..D..Doctor! What're yo-"
"Miss Pamela, I did my research on this. Though I only had a few hours to learn it, I am certain of what I am doing."
Link felt weak in the knees as the doctor's fingers pumped her body and worked briskly to stretch her pussy, her juices drooling down her legs as she couldn't help but let a few weak moans out, and saw Pamela doing the same. The trembling girl beside her pulling her knees together, but that did little to stop the doctor's brisk assault of her pussy.
"Wonderful! Now both of you should get in the water I've prepared and hold on tight. I've been told giving birth is a painful experience even with one or two children, and you are likely to experience dozens of eggs."
Pamela moved first, slipping between the long railings and squatting down lightly as the doctor instructed her, legs spread wide. The doctor roughly fingered her a few more times until her pussy was left spread wide, and the first dull blue egg's shell was visible, trying to exit her body.
Link went next, walking between the metal railings that she could hold onto for support and leaning back. Her stomach felt like it was about to burst, and the only thing the doctor did for her was shove his fingers inside her again, tracing around in her body, pumping in and out, when a sudden feeling erupted below her, unlike anything she'd ever known. It was not an orgasm, nor pleasurable, but a feeling of sudden relief, the feeling of something huge exiting her womb, a jolt of pain through her, but she clung on tightly to those railings.
"Excellent, the eggs are now ready to leave your bodies... all you need to do... is push."
---
Link looked down and could see how badly stretched her pussy was, the egg just barely seen trying to leave her pussy, and she glanced up to Pamela, the girl feeling the same thing, obviously, with a dark blush of shame as she groaned out violently from her first motion, the egg moving ever so slightly, stretching her pussy wider, straining her young body, and it was almost out... until her muscles gave in and the egg splurted back inside her, tears of pain and defeat filling her face as all of her efforts seemed for nothing.
Link's attempt came next, spreading her legs wide and arching back, her entire body tensing and squeezing, pushing at the eggs inside her, and she could feel her pussy being spread wider and wider, her mind almost numbing over in pain and her vision dazed, panting and groaning, "AAH. Nh.. AIIEIE..aah..ah... HAAH..... AAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
Countless minutes passed, and the egg felt like it was almost out, her body strained, throwing her head back, she bucked her hips downward and cried out again, she could feel the splurting liquids from her body trying to get the egg out, her pussy slick and wet, almost gushing, when one more squeeze sent a jolt of pain back through her body and the egg suddenly sank in deeper, making her feel sicker than ever, her hands almost slipping from the railing as she realized, much as Pamela had, the egg she had just tried to push out had merely slid back inside herself after so much strain and effort.
Link weakly glanced down to see a strangely colored liquid coming from both her body and Pamela's body, forced so fast to prepare and nurture those Biri eggs, their bodies were dripping a clear, slightly blue liquid.
Her body felt huge, and she could barely hold herself up as the urge to try again overwhelmed her, wanting relief, she felt as if she needed to get these eggs out of her immediately.
The egg started to slip out as Link almost screamed, barely holding back to soft grunts, though Pamela found herself unable to stop herself, "NOOOOOOOOO! NOT AGAIN! YOU DAMN BIRI!" her screams echoed out, and as if performing together, the two women strained and squeezed as one.
Huge round object protruding more and more, each of their pussies on shameful display for the doctor and one another, the eggs emerged faster than last time, and again their bodies were almost overwhelmed.
Link closed her eyes against the next wave of pain, wincing and twisting, she jerked at the rails with all her might and her pussy felt like it was being split in two.
More of her inner fluids gushed out, and Link felt the egg reaching its apex, the thickest part finally at its end, and somehow her pussy was almost pulling it back in. Tears of frustration rolling down her face as she saw her tender body clinging to the egg, unable to stop it, she felt it slurping horribly back inside, Pamela's cries immitating what she was thinking, "NO! It's so close.. it's already out.. please not inside again... D..Doctor, please help us..."
Dr. Mizumi's voice nearby only said softly, "I'm sorry, but I shouldn't interfere, I don't know how it would affect a Biri Egg birthing."
Pamela's sobs showed that her egg had re-entered her, and Link opened her eyes to see Pamela's arms weakly lose her grip and fall back with a splash into the water, panting and wheezing, too spent to even hold herself up any longer.
Link gave a hard cry and pushed with everything she had one last time, so much strain and effort, and at long last the first egg finally came out, splashing into the water as her body weakly gave in as well, collapsing into the water similar to Pamela...
"Wonderful! The first egg! You've got a few dozen left to go, but at this rate, you should do fine!" Dr. Mizumi said gleefully...
... the rest of it felt like a blur, that Link's weak body could barely endure, letting the memory gently slip away...
Link woke to a flat stomach, thankfully, but her pussy felt like she just got it from every stallion at LonLon Ranch, and she looked up just enough to see Pamela out cold as well, her last egg still nestled between her legs, but safely laid, a contented look on her exhausted face.
"Good morning Miss Link!" Dr. Mizumi called out from nearby. "I've been going over the pictures I took of your birthing. I made a few spare sets, and was considering using a few key moments for my next book... your identities will of course be hidden, but it's great for science, isn't it?"
He handed Link an enormous pack of pictures as he began to ramble on about cross species breeding.
DO DO DO DOOOOOO!!!
Link has the pack of pictures form her birthing the biri eggs. Though she doesn't remember much past that first egg, looking through these would undoubtedly respark her memory...
Now the question is, does she really want to?
---
Link and Pamela spent the next couple days recovering, using various herbs and a large number of recovery hearts to speed their bodies to health. Link's Biri was utterly gleeful as it tended to the eggs with Dr. Mizumi, the two of them becoming fast friends, and the good doctor often giving the biri various things he considered snacks, even sharing a rare eyeball frog with Link's companion.
Finally, Link bid her friends goodbye, and encouraged her Biri to stay behind for the long journey to Termina. Once she activated an owl statue there, she could always retrieve her biri in the event of needing it, but for now, it was better to have the biri tending to the eggs and near a water source, for its own good.
Her biri floating nearby, Link played Epona's Song, when she'd finished, her biri chirping out its own little melody to add on with a gentle humming.
Link has learned Epona's Song - Biri's Melody!
Link isn't really sure how this magical song seems able to summon animals from anywhere, but she's sure that she can now call forth her biri at any time for combat!
and the two animals, horse and biri, met for the first time to a rather awkward greeting, the biri trying to pet Epona's head the way Link did, and Epona uncertainly biting at one of the biri's tentacles. But the two managed to at least mostly get along, before Link returned her Biri to its eggs and rode off with Epona...

1) C - it's probably a good idea to restock the bomb bag... and if Link can afford something healthy to put in her single bottle, there's no reason to leave it empty.
2) B - grey clothes. Link'll not be impressing zoras this time around, yes?
3) On the other hand, if bombs and milk/recovery potion are available at Kasuto Town, maybe stopping there for shopping before going on to Clock Town would be a better idea.

(As I said before, expect a bit slower updates at least through the new year (and possibly a bit longer, having some big family get together things). But this CYOA will not simply be left to die, even if it takes me a bit of time to get back around to it. I may even start a 2nd one, or a PbP game after I get more free time again.)

Link rode into Termina field and looked over the area in the pale moonlight. It was an almost surreal sight compared to having that horrible moon overhead. The area seemed calm and kind, a few stray monsters roamed nearby, but nothing that was particularly dangerous.
Epona rushed onward, the few unfortunate chu chus, and one very unlucky leever felt the massive stallion's wrath as he easily stomped on the few enemies he came across, and soon brought Link out to the Great Bay area.
She patted her stallion down and hopped off of him, slipping off her plain grey outfit and re-dressing to make a good impression before she continued, walking past a few zora that were on the shore and bowing politely to them, it was only a short swim to reach the Zora Hall.
---
Link came up into the large place to a few musical tones being played, someone testing equipment by the sound of it. The place was a lot less active than last time she'd been here, with the festival still a good time away, there wasn't a lot of reason to have too many zoras gathered here. But much to her relief, it seemed as if the zoras that were here, stayed here year round, which meant they would know local rumors and information.
Link walked up to the first zora she saw, her outfit flowing gracefully around her, soft fabric giving her a zora-like appearance when she walked up and got his attention. "A hylian?" The first zora she met said questioningly, looking her over, "That's... quite the costume you have... Can I help you with something?"
Link quickly replied what she was seeking, trying to avoid mentioning who she was, since even she didn't entirely believe it.
"oh." he replied, half in understanding, half in annoyance. "Well you aren't going to find her." he glared at Link darkly, shifting his weight from one side to the other, his fists tense.
