Kazuya and tensun3d, formerly known as Red Dragonfly, is releasing a new(?) Action RPG on Steam.

Controls: WASD to move, Space to Jump, LMB to attack. Mouse movement controls the camera.

Gameplay: This work is a third-person hack-n-slash RPG; kill enemies, earn gold, upgrade character. H-animations occur if an opponent stuns you and you get touched by them in this state. The game would also most likely feature a lot of different costumes for the protagonist. H-scene gallery is fully unlocked at the start and has climax animations for some monsters. Heroine has a few costumes to choose from, but oddly no nude option yet.

From how it's looking from the screenshots and Steam video, the game seems to feature a lot of animation that were used in the previous work, albeit being given a new coat of paint. It is, however, stated that more positions are planned in the future, which include bondage, oral and 3p scenes.

Story: Basing from their previous works, there's not much of a story other than you're a lady warrior going through a land full of baddies ready to screw you over.

Fetishes: Rape, Ryona, Monsters, Tentacles, soft vore. 3P and BDSM to be added in future updates.

There's already a Chinese version of the game released. The game is being remade and the international release is slated on September 27.

EDIT: Apparently, the Chinese version of the game is named Lady and Blade, for those wanting to search for it.

Oh wow, I was actually thinking of these recently and now a new one is coming out. They're kinda jank but the sheer amount of animations (and costumes, in the previous ones at least) really made up for it. The new look is pretty damn promising.

Oh no, not this weird company again. The enemy designs are so... questionable.
I never thought I'd see the day where the yaranaika guy and king leonidas were made into 3d mooks to fuck anime girls, but this company gave us just that anyway.

...and yet despite that, they probably have some of the best 3D H-game titles out there.

Fuck this is amazing news! I remember being really bummed they stopped making games a while ago. Love this guys animations. Shame there were not orgasm animations in his first game though and there really weren't enough in the second one either. I pray that that is fixed in his new shit.

I can confirm this found the old chinese game (it had "english") but it doesn't seem to have H so it is pointless and just awful. Don't bother lol.

Swordhime, my first thought was that red dragonfly guy who made two games that I liked in the past. Opened the thread, find out that its the red dragonfly. Check out pixiv to see what new girl looks like. Hm. I don't like the third girl at all. Its unavoidable on my part, I like anime style better. I play koikatsu over honeyselect. But its nice to know that he is still alive and making games again. I'm going to be keeping a eye on this thread now.

Knowing his past games, it seems like it would be basically a remake of his 2nd game using honeyselect style. Landscape looks nice. Video trailer claims 150+ Hentai BDSM scenes. I suspect there will be alot of no orgasms like 2nd game just for that reason alone. Hentai scenes that had orgasms in 2nd game has high chance of making it in the third game simply because they're already made.

There's definitely going to be a bunch of costumes + weapons. And the girl is very likely to be not customizable. Sucks to be u if you dislike white hair/asian girl. Nothing that modding can't fix tho Its going to be restricted to very few who has the know how tho.

As for combat, its likely to be the same.

Although i see various health meters on the video.

There's a helmet icon, bloody sword icon and then some sort of spiral icon and the hp bar. I only have guesses of what three icon stands for but hp bar is clearly hp bar. Anyone that has played the chinese game would be able to explain what they are for.

Definitely seeing reused animations here, hopefully there's some new ones in the mix. Though realistically there's only so many positions they haven't covered, so I'd also be fine with the old ones being "remastered". The other games are 4/6 years old now so I'd hope they improved upon the animations since then. Their first game with the purple hair girl was one of my favorite 3d hgames at the time so I'm hopeful for a new game with a similar premise. It also appears to be completely uncensored so that's another thing to look forward to.

To clear up the China version thing, this circle had released this game last year under Lady and Blade. However, it didn't have any h-content. They weren't satisfied with it so they took it down to remake it and you can still read

Tl;dr They specialize in hentai, and the game wasn't much when it's taken out. Also had lots of bugs.
The China only version is likely just the old game. As to why it's sold to China only, my guess is that China doesn't allow porn on Steam so they can't sell the remade version anyways.

Also, one correction is that Tensun3d is a part of Red Dragonfly, not Red Dragonfly as a whole. Tensun3d has released some animations of his own on Iwara and Fanbox (and formerly Patreon). IIRC, Tensun3d has worked on a game under a different circle before. I don't remember the name atm but anyone who does would recognize the style. I believe Tensun3D does the models/animations and Kazuya (other person listed on Steam) is the programmer.

Edit: The other circle was called Mizu Elf. Looking back at a clarification statement in the thread, Tensun3d set up this other circle when working with a different programmer.

Speaking of programming, it would seem they haven't figured out how to properly optimize the game yet. The trailer shows the game clearly lagging when fighting a large mob and dropping some frames when fighting in general. If they accepted showing this in a trailer, I assume that they had no other options to get around it. Or whoever recorded the trailer has a really slow computer.

The 2nd game has a limited selection of alternate hairstyles and colors to pick from. I think it's fairly likely it will be added later down the line for this game if not already available on release. I believe they also had 1 or 2 other "faces" to choose from. So you will probably be able to at least customize the hair but nothing for body/head shape.

i just saw the trailer on hub today... honestly forgot about the hime games... had no idea this group was hated nor do i know which game came first (different languages different translations) but what from what i can tell the first game (girl with blue hair) where i saw most of the animations from the second (girl with blonde hair) seems to be where the mc attack animation comes from, i'm surprised that they actually admitted that without H content the game is boring (and full of game breaking bugs).. not many groups (ive seen) admits that lol.

It's either this or Skyrim SE, Fallout 4, maybe Beauty And Violence: Valkyries with mods if they let sex mods on their game. (even if the combat looks bad)

The problem being that Skyrim SE sex animations have a delay in them. Very unimmersive, same with fallout 4, can't wait for Elder Scrolls 6 with SSD, and etc.

Really buggy mess of a game.
My settings never save, have to do them all over again every time I launch the game. Also the only time I seem to be able to make any changes is in the title screen.
Good luck trying to edit settings mid game, they will just revert back to default.
I also can not make mouse and keyboard work at all, not sure if controller is mandatory for the game. (Edit: nvm just had to unplug controller)

I can't support this kind of low effort development, will just refund it on Steam and wait for a cracked version to come out.

Update: I ended up not refunding the game and playing it until the end.
I defeated the final boss, turned in the quest and got the credits screen (or whatever that slideshow advertising their other games is). Now the fucking gallery won't unlock.
There is no way to continue the game from the point where you turned in the final main quest. The game fails to create a save point.

Super buggy game, then again,his past games are all buggy messes to begin with. It's a measely 5 bucks so...... not sure what to expect really.

Dance and toggle headgear does not work.
