Hey guys I brought a great news from kimochi.
Thanks to their hard work, I got the mail list of the customers who bought the Anthophobia.
I sent the all the mails to you guys!
also I noticed some of customer's mail address are broken( so far 11 mail address are broken)
so if you think you haven't got a mail from me, make sure check your spam box!

and If you still think you didn't get one, you might be the one who have broken address.
Just let me know your mail address, and I'll check on the mail list for you!

sounds pretty sad, but honestly i dont know how this sitatuion as a whole can be salvaged now.

I messaged both people that I had contact with at Kimochi just now, sent them this thread, so... hopefully they come in here and clear it up, talked to Eromancer a bit about it earlier today too and I don't think he got paid, either.

Hopefully this does get settled soon. I have to admit that I'm extremely anxious to play version 1.5

Thanks for the thread. Steamydev was talking to me on ulmf about my Anthophobia copy but he just stopped responding.

I hope this does get sorted out, as I bought Anthophobia on day one from Kimochi in an attempt to let you receive a little more of the cut. After rummaging around, I don't see a receipt for my purchase anywhere (and I always keep emails related to purchases, which causes me to think Kimochi didn't send one to me), and I'm sure that means I'd be hosed if they didn't cough up the list. No offense to you, but I wouldn't buy the game again if that happened.

Can't they just divulge the emails associated with each account that bought the game through Kimochi or would that be in breach of some law?

Good on you for keeping at it. I purchased Anthophobia through Kimochi and was worried about getting the updates for it.

Pretty sure this would be in breach of a law, unless anyone buying the game was explicitly told up front that their email would be view-able by the person whose game they were buying.

That is technically one of the thing SJ is asking for.

1. A email list of everyone that bought the game through their service, but if that's not possible, due to US privacy law(Although might not apply to Kimochi, as they might be based elsewhere)

2. Send a message from SourJelly to a webpage that have future update download.

since I have a massive number of mail list, please allow me some time for send it. (since Hotmail only allow you 300 bulk mails per day) it'll take about 3 days to send all mails to you guys.

and I noticed some of customer's mail address are broken( so far 7 out of 300)

Looks like I received mine, thank goodness - I've been a little on edge waiting for it (I had just checked my email an hour ago, if that tells you anything). With my usual luck, I was expecting not to receive it and there be no record of my purchase from Kimochi.
