I'm not sure who originally ported the models and made the initial presets since I found them on different sources. Sadly they were incomplete and I don't have the skills to port models yet.
I tuned the presets a little to somewhat match proportions without overdoing it. The original designs looked a bit odd if you ask me. Slender upper body, thicc lower body and legs too far apart.
I didn't make changes to the preset faces because they were already pretty accurate. Nice job whoever made them.
Ported items: default skirt, blouse, neck scarf, gloves, cap, shoes, hairs, face parts.
I made the missing pieces from what I could fit best. Did a bit of remodeling from existing mods and official stuff.
Mila: sailor skirt, shirt, cardigan, slippers, neck tie. I should tune the stockings color a little and make it dark blue.
Sleepy Mita: Pajama set, neck scarf. Still missing the ankle ribbon.
For the pajamas I'm not good at texture painting but at least I think I got the colors right. Good luck painting straight lines on a distorted mesh. Even if I follow along the edges the whole mesh is warped around the sleeves. The closer you look the worse it gets but it will do for now.
Added skirt lifting capability for the ported model and transferred LO shapekeys to all models. I don't know why modders don't usually go the extra mile and add functionality to ported mods.

Is there a way to skip the cutscene where you have to watch the maid work? Other than just pressing "skip" button. I just wanna quickly go through the next day

If I remember correctly the communication (COMMU) command is for raising the maid favor. For all I know you can now artificially raise favor with cheat menu so you don't need to talk to your maids every time. I haven't touched the gameplay part of the game since 2019 so my memory of it is a bit blurry.
