the "region-locked" you spoke of is the censorship DLsite forced to pull to gatekeep foreigner because CC company being fucktard, so now DLsite have to make any and all underage female humanoid looking character disappear from the store that is browser by non-jp user (oddly enough, this doesn't apply to Shota)

VPN access works fine. I could buy it with no issue.
There are some changes from the demo, but I haven't had the time to finish even this relatively short game… when I can, I'll update the OP.

Which is hilarious both because he's still going with these absurd titles, and also because this time instead of calling the big-tittied exorcist protagonist a "master" or "genius", the title is calling her autistic.

But who's our big tittied autist? Well, it's Hotaru! The summoner exorcist that helps Ichika in this game.
Who, if you recall, is the smallest-tittied big-tittied exorcist in these games — so author spends two thirds of the post explaining that he spent extra money and effort to make sure you can swell up her boobies with statuses, in case you're disgusted at the thought of playing as a human-proportioned character. All hentai will be affected.



He also showed off the game's villain, Hotaru's hot scythe-wielding sister, and Hotaru's voluptuous mom — and made sure to specify that, since people complained Ichika's mom lacked sex scenes, things will be different this time.
Seems promising. Let's hope!

Jokes aside, I don't know what Hotaru's "communication disorder" is supposed to be.
It's hard to infer from the Ichika game — because I don't know if the game is using some artsy ye olde samurai japanese bullshit or it's just the first draft of an incoherent hobo, but whatever the fuck is going on with the dialogue it sends MTool translation haywire and the dialogue is less Engrish and more word salad — but Hotaru speaks all too much and doesn't seem socially awkward. Sometimes… she… talks… like… this… But I don't know what that's supposed to imply.

Whatever, I like the joke better. She's autistic. I can relate, too!

Probably not the first h-game with an 'autistic' protagonist either.
Pretty sure Alma from Wings of Roldea is one, I remember a lot of people were commenting how little she emotes or comments during sex scenes.
