"Oh? Then maybe I could simply use you as the focus then, and... o-oh wow," the elven mage girl replied, looking astounded when she felt Kylie's power, after having her shoulder touched. "I... I can definitely use you as a focus to make some fires for us, i-in that case. Goddess... s-so beautiful," she added after a few moments, looking at Kylie with awe in her eyes.

"Aye, not much of one, but if one patrol spotted us, with all these women here, you would definitely have a fight on your hands, I can guarantee that. No bells, though, but there is one watch tower on the top of the hill to the north of it. It's supposed to be the lookout towards Tear Cove, as this is the northernmost village of the northern tribes, and has a big stream running down the eastern side of it. If you head half a mile east of here, you'll be able to hear it, definitely." Nog replied when asked about the village up ahead.

Working together, Nog, the other minotaur guy whose pregnant mate was with them, and all of the goliath girls, were helping to set them up the camp, while the less big girls, such as the humans and elves mostly, were busying themselves with gathering firewood and whatnot, while the pregnant women didn't do much but sit and rest, as they were pretty exhausted from walking so much.

Well the patrols are gonna see the fires anyway, so for now, just keep everyone safe while I get the Villages attention. The bell should bring the patrols back in to Me. She said, shrugging and trudging onwards, letting the girls rest safely further from the village, and safe since the occassional rogue Ochu or Venus trap wouldn't be much of a match against a Mob of people like that.

"Possibly, but not necessarily though. I swear, I shall keep them safe," Nog replied with a nod, preparing to get them a watch set up for the camp, and taking the first watch, along with the other minotaur, who stayed nearer to his heavily pregnant mate while Kylie went on out.

Moving onward, Kylie saw the village was indeed larger than the rest, at least twice as large. It was hard to make out much in the way of people in the village, as the sun was setting and starting to go down. She did make out on the far northern side of the village the sight of a tall watchtower, that was lit with torches all up.

LADIES AND GENTLECOWS! She cried loudly when she got in range, and something disturbing to see happened, something she hadn't done before but that she knew full well was possible. Lightning struck her, several times in succession, from a clear sky, the lightning turning a sickly green because of the sunset. YOU KNOW ME AS THE HELLION! GREAT NEWS! I'M ALSO YOUR HIGH CHIEF NOW! She cried as she marched, drawing the horn in her left hand, and the chain in her right.

RELEASE THE SLAVES OR COME GET A TASTE OF THE QUEEN BITCH! I DON'T CARE WHICH! she screamed, hair standing wildly on end as she marched forward, alighting the chain with lightning and snapping it around, a living lightning bolt on a leash held in her hand with a blade on it's end.

Hearing Kylie's announcement, and seeing the lightning bolt fucking strike her and do literally nothing to her, she saw a few minotaurs scrambling around, preparing to fight from the looks of it. Some had swords, some axes, a couple spears, and one had a warhammer. All told, there were 10 that came out to face her, and they fanned out a bit into pairs, coming in her direction. "You claim to have slain the high chief? Why do you wish them to be freed?" one of them minotaurs called back to Kylie.

Watching them come at her, Kylie grinned and licked her lips, before tossing the horn at their feet. BECAUSE THEY HAVE FAMILIES AND HOMES YOU STOLE THEM FROM YOU HALFWIT! She roared, so Everyone could hear them while her sword snapped out into her empty left hand. BECAUSE IT'S MY FUCKING ISLAND! BECAUSE I LEAD THIS ENTIRE TRIBE BY RIGHT OF COMBAT AND CONQUEST! BECAUSE I MOTHER FUCKING SAID SO! THEY'RE ALL VALID REASONS! she continued, snapping the chain as she kept moving forward.

"FUCK YOU!" was all one minotaur said, before they all started moving towards her en masse, all ten seeming to be aiming to fight to kill her, likely to take rights of leadership of the tribe back from her, after she threw the horn at their feet.

One of the spear wielders had another short spear over his shoulder and hurled it at her, where she easily dodged it and the thing thunked into the tree next to her. The nearer pair of them both had swords, and started swinging at Kylie, missing easily. "We'll take leadership back from you then, Hellion!" another said, who seemed to be the leader of this group, and possibly the chief of this village, it was hard to tell.

Kylie tilted her head and grinned in a semi insane manner as the minotaurs took offense to her attitude. She was fine with that.

As the short spear whistled passed her, Kylie hissed and lashed the chain around her to buy her a bit of space as they all pressed in, before porting behind the group and hamstringing the trailing pair in the center with their damned spears with her sword, cutting the tendons in their legs without so much as a sound before laying into those nearest to her with her chain and sickle, dancing smoothly as she made the chain itself lash and twist like a snake, while the sickle on it's end scythed through the air in an arc around her, whistling dangerously as it passed, making it's music as each step sent out another strike and her sword was used to lash out at those who came within reach.

Though the supposed chief would be grabbed and teleported into the sky so he could fall to his death in a fairly hilarious manner from even higher then Asteros just for funsies.

Kylie did port behind the first pair and hamstring them, but one rushed up before she turned to face the rest and managed to get a cut in on her right shoulder. It wasn't an overly bad cut, because her nimble body was able to lean around away from it, but she could tell that it had been meant to kill, not just wound, or knock out. She managed to spin around and swing her chain out, and as her sickle swung around, she saw two minotaurs throats open, where blood sprayed out as they hit the ground. One minotaur behind her roared and charged at her, trying to gore Kylie with his horns, but she was easily able to plant a hand on his head and flip over him without much effort, while her weapon batted all the minotaur weapons aside.

When she grabbed the chief's arm and teleported him up high into the air, he panicked and began flailing, trying to grab Kylie, but missing as she kicked away from him. "Y-YOU BITCH!!!" he howled as he fell.

Porting back to earth, cut but smiling, she had taken 5 out of the fighting, 2 unable to walk, 2 dead, and one... well.. learning to fly, she moved among the remaining 5 like a dervish, using the chain to tangle and trip as she dipped and slid around them, slashing with sword and sickle as she danced. All save for the last one standing, Him she'd grab by the horns and drain dry to heal her own wounds. That meant she had 4 to butcher as she slashed and danced through the battle, tossing the sword into the air in a tumble as a distraction before ramming her hidden blades into the skull of the one watching the blade, before flipping to catch it and returning to her dance.

The remaining minotaurs tried to hit Kylie, and take her down, and though they did manage to cut her a couple of more times, one getting a lucky hit on her across her chest, but not too deeply, thankfully, she managed to incapacitate two more, and killed the other three. Of the three she killed, one lost his head, literally, as she swung her sickle out from her chain and completely took it off, and the other had the sickle buried in his chest, and the third she'd drained dry, sealing her own wounds, but not completely mending them. The two she had had incapacitated one was hamstrung, and the other she'd knocked out with a swift hard blow to the head.

Panting as the battle wound down, Kylie drained the last two dry to keep her stamina up while behind her, the chief called he a bitch one last time before he hit the ground with a hard Thwump, dead as a doornail, while she continued stomping towards the village, blood dripping from her and her weapons. I LEAD THE TRIBES! RELEASE THE SLAVES OR DIE! she roared, starting to pick up speed as a stomp turned into a jog, turned into a sprint towards the tower.

After draining the two incapacitated ones dry from the second group she'd took down, and cried out, a few other minotaurs that had been watching stepped back from Kylie, obviously in fear. Any that had been in her way as she sprinted towards the watchtower, got right the fuck out of her way, frantically in fact. When she reached the watchtower, it was obvious that the minotaurs had heard the sounds of fighting from the other side of the village, and were ready for a fight, with a trio rushing out of the door of the watchtower to meet her, with sounds of maybe a couple of more inside.

Charging through, with most everyone unwilling to get in her way at this point, Kylie was met with three more at the base of the tower. Leaping into the air, Kylie teleported again to the outside of the tower, just above the door, turning and kicking off the wall to hurl herself back down into the back of the last one to exit, her sword aimed at the back of his neck, rolling to the ground along with his head.

Her chain was dragging behind her as she leapt again and spun, bringing the sickle around her body before snapping it out to the poor fucker on the left and hurling her sword at the one on the right to open him up as she charged in under his guard to ram her hidden blades into his ribs again and again and again while he was distracted by the sword in a flurry of powerful open palmed strikes that left him battered and bleeding against the wall before she leapt and kicked him in the head.

Once those three were done with, she'd pick up her sword, put it away, and head inside to ring that fucking bell like the world was ending.

Porting up to the main door of the tower, Kylie spun around as she kicked off the wall just above the door, and swung her sword into the back of the neck of one minotaur that had rushed out with weapon drawn. As his head tumbled to the ground, and Kylie landed next to it, the next one she targeted was dropped quickly, but the third managed to kick her hard in the side, knocking her down to the ground after she dispatched the second with a few quick hidden blade strikes. It didn't take her long to finish off that last one that kicked her, slashing his throat in retaliation, and the kick to his head knocked him out of her way.

Inside the tower, Kylie ran into two other minotaurs that tried to stop her inside the tower, but she was able to dispatch them quickly as well, before making it to the top of the tower, where she saw there was no bell, but rather a gong. Banging it with the hammer that was there, Kylie found some of the minotaurs from the village looking up to her, obviously having their attention.

Slamming that hammer into the gong repeatedly, getting more attention then she already had from the roars of the minotaurs and the sounds of combat, Kylie stood on top of the tower and glared down at those around her. That's 15! Where is your Elder Hrm?! HOW MANY MORE HAVE TO DIE FOR YOU TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY RIGHT TO LEAD!? I CLAIMED ASTERO'S HEAD AND HIS POSITION ALREADY! She Roared out into the night.

HOW FUCKING MANY!? BECAUSE I COULD GO ALL NIGHT! YOUR PEOPLE RESPECT STRENGTH! WILL! DETERMINATION! WHICH OF THESE AM I LACKING?! NONE! BREAK THE CHAINS! RELEASE THE SLAVES! AND I WILL TAKE THEM AND LEAVE YOU IN PEACE! BUT THERE WILL BE NO MORE TAKING WOMEN FROM THEIR HOMES! NO MORE RAPING OR PILLAGING THE OTHER PEOPLES OF THIS ISLAND! MELORA'S TEAR IS DONE WITH IT! I HAVE ALSO ENDED THE BATTLE WITH THE TERIOS UNDER THREAT OF TAKING THEIR LEADERSHIP AS WELL! THE INSANITY IS ENDED! she bellowed, Slamming the gong again with the hammer.

IT IS DONE! she screamed wildly, hair tossing wildly behind her in a gust of wind as she tilted her head back. It was all a show, a feint, a display. They had respected those leaders who were strong, prominent, hell, Loud. Her usual quiet demands would get her nowhere to start.

Kylie was certain that the minotaurs of the village had heard her, and though at first not many were moving to do so, she did soon begin hearing the sounds of metal chains snapping, as if being broken loose. It didn't take long for her to start seeing people being escorted out of houses, with some looking a bit ragged, but not too bad all in all. Counting them all as they filed out of the houses and whatnot, Kylie saw around 40-50 all told, in a large village of nearly 200-250 people.

She saw Nog near where they'd made camp, watching from the edge of the woods, and keeping his distance for the time being. Though it was obvious that he regretted what had been done here. After a a few short minutes had passed, Kylie saw a very old minotaur walk out of one longhouse, using a walking stick, and being helped along with oddly enough, a human girl. He looked to be having trouble walking, and stopped when he got out near the center of town, which was where a large bonfire pit was set up with benches all around it, taking a seat at one of said benches.

Sighing softly to herself as she heard the sounds of breaking chains, and saw women being escorted from tents and houses, Kylie let that sigh fill her lungs and then slide smoothly into the air. She expected that would be the last of the resistance.

Seeing the elder guided to a bench near the fire by a girl, Kylie let the hammer fall near the gong, not to be used again, and slid down the side of the tower before tumbling to the ground smoothly and walking towards him.

Sitting down, she let the freeing of the slaves continue.

This village is the first to resist me all night. I am both impressed by their will to do so... And saddened at the cost. she said plainly from her spot beside the old minotaur, looking into the flames as she put her weapons away for now. She had to look a sight by now. Dried blood from Asteros, fresh crimson from those in this village, her own injuries.

"You wish to change our ways. Ways that have stood with us for many long years, young one. It won't be easy, to say the least, to get what you desire. Many will resent you, for at least a generation, possibly more. Some will want revenge, and a few may try and hurt you back, in some way. So always be ready for them to do so," the old elder said, looking over towards Kylie. "Come child, let me see you closer. My eyes are failing in my old age, and it is dark," the elder then said to Kylie, and if she did so he would squint and look closely at her.

"Such a beautiful young lass, you are. To be so strong, at your age... incredible. You'll have no further trouble from the village here, as a whole. I shall make sure of it. We want no more bloodshed," the elder said after a few moments.

I know, there's no escaping that. Kylie sighed, before shifting closer so he could see her. Smiling softly at his words, kylie didn't tell him what the price for strength at her age was and just... hugged him gently. Thank you. she said, before standing and stretching again. She was taking a good long catnap after all this was done.

Looking around, Kylie began to shift her way through the village, carefully searching out any who hadn't obeyed, and seeing that everyone was freed person by person, house by house until she was sure she had everyone.

And then she led them away without another word to the Minotaurs, she'd said what had to be said, taken what needed to be taken. Like a force of nature she had arrived, done her business, and left with mixed feelings in her wake. But once all the slaves were gathered and everyone was around Nog and the camp, hugs were given to everyone, they could all take a moment and breathe easily, free. For many probably the first time in years. They'd all get to go home. But she had 2 villages left. Sorry about your people Nog. They insisted on trying to reclaim Astero's title. Their ends were quick, it's the best I could give them. she said, having retrieved the horn of the chieftan on her way back from it's place among the bodies of the fallen.
