And with the game's release, there's now also a demo to mess around with now too.
On the H-side, it seems that at certain points in levels you'll run into girls that can be rescued but you have an option of ignoring them.
Rescuing the first one you encounter gives a password, oddly enough, but you can't use passwords in the demo anyways, perhaps it lets you continue the level from that point instead of completely starting it over, I didn't test what happens if you choose not the girls.
Like classic Castlevania, there's random food to be found from breaking walls, but it appears there's also hidden keys that are required to open another door in the level to rescue yet another girl.
The only instances of sprite sex I've seen so far are from when you encounter the girls you can rescue, a still CG accompanying it.
From what I at least encountered, the heroine does not have any sprite-sex in the demo.
I know there is at least some h-content featuring her in the game since the previews do showcase cgs of her also being raped, but they don't appear to be in the demo, but I'm not too sure how one will be encountering the CGs in the full game.
I first immediately thought "Game Over Rape", but once that last life is gone, it just shows you a series of CGs that are probably in the full game and reminding you that "Hey, the game's out man, go on and get it if you liked what you saw."
I'm figuring you'd see the H involving the heroine either from Game Overs or having to unlock them through buying them through the gallery like the Succubus game, but no one can know for sure since we aren't aware of anyone having gotten hold of the game, yet.
