stuck at this part, keep trying down, right, left, up in the button but it doesn't work

At first I struck this part too. You have to click somewhere on the floor until he receive note in your inventory(not just show note) Then when you click at the lance button. It's will zoom button for you to click the button.

Once you have the note, the buttons should expand so you can click on them. If they're not, try clicking on her a bit.

I downloaded from that MEGA link, but all I get when I open the game is an error
Does Unity require something special that I may not have?
