link is not broke. It is just dlsite region blocked everyone outside of japan for some specific tags (loli, school, something else) because of visa/mastercard rules
 
I know this is a weird request but can anyone recommend any wholesome hentai games with lots of pregnancy content?

These four have basically the same premise: you're the only man of notice in the vecinity and you have to impregnate the girls because "repopulation" or something, while managing a farm or some other form of resources a la Harvest Moon. Everything's consensual, or "consensual." All are slow paced. No real challanges other than to your patience.

There's an english translation for the second game somewhere on F95 IIRC. You'll need translation tools for the other three.

No links because all of them have some degree of loli content. The first also has father/daughter incest. And you might need a VPN to find the DLsite page of the fourth; it's region locked to Japan.

The best case is when the paternity stuff is mentioned (including in epilogue) or is even part of the gameplay.

Thanks for the suggestion for the third one, but can I ask if there is any guide? I’m stuck in the lost forest tour and idk what is the right path.

[Mechanic] game just release and I was not expecting for it to actually have full mechanic pregnancy system with all scenes having pregnant belly variants. Yet, it actually have all of this, compared to fist game where pregnancy was tied to gameovers only.
In the beginning of the game preg is locked because of MC passive skill, but after completing (or failing to complete? idk. I suck at 2d games, so I failed it easily) one of the side quest you remove that passive skill and can get impregnated by any enemy (any enemy which has sex scenes).
Imo, first game half is great, second is bad. But thats mostly because in the end developer focused more on guro.

Needs a massive Guro warning tag. But the game actually is fun to play and well designed. I don't usually recommend games but this is one of them and I not even a guro enjoyer. Preg is locked behind removing your infertility buff. You can loss that by losing to the harbinger in the early game, or later by losing to priests in the underground cathedral and by getting 3 stacks of the womb sigil. Pregnancy is in game, but birth except for worm cave eggs are all game overs.

You can sort of “give birth” to a “purified child” through a nun in a church. There's no animation. But the woman we cleansed stayed pregnant. You can think of the character giving birth off-screen after the cleansing.
Of course, it's still not a real birth, but it's better than nothing.

I really want to try SiNiSistar 2 but the guro is such a massive turnoff that I just can't. I know it's unlikely to ever happen but if they ever released a version that kept the pregnancy in but removed the guro then I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

[Mechanic] (Warning: contains lolis) This is another Harvest Moon/Stardew Valley lite farming sim with added sex sort of deal. The basic premise is that your an ordinary dude who wakes up in a secluded village of elf girls with no idea how you got there and no way of getting out. Since you're the only guy there the villagers ask you to help repopulate by impregnating everyone in between working the local farm. The farming is very basic and it shouldn't take long to get into a routine of tending to your crops, doing a lap around the village to gather any plants/butterflies/fish/etc to sell, then trying your luck with impregnating some of the girls. It's nothing revolutionary but in this glut of good pregnancy games it's certainly better than nothing. It at least has birth scenes and you can even fuck the girls while their pregnant for the chance of giving them twins.
 
Surprised no one mentioned Magical Girl Celesphonia yet. If Celesphonia gets pregnant in that game, you have several choices which can range from heart-warming to depressing.

People don't rly like game over only pregnancy. Which Celesphonia, unfortunately, is (well, not 100% is. You can walk pregnant. But there will be no models/sprites or new text, except some random debuff in status screen)
But still strange nobody haven't even mentioned it before.
 
I'd say it's more it feels misleading when a game is tagged with pregnancy but the pregnancy is just for game-overs. Like, sure, I appreciate it, but if you're putting pregnancy forward as a selling point it really should either be an actual mechanic or at least something that happens in normal play.

I'd totally missed Celesphonia even had pregnancy in it. Celesphonia's really goofy, since I wound up not clicking with its smut at all but Celesphonia was legitimately good as an actual game.
