I just checked for said game on a share site I browse pretty regularly. Sometimes you can find region-locked games there as they probably use a VPN to get around DLSite's region blocking, or perhaps they get their stuff from other sites? Not sure how they go about "procuring" the games they share.
Edit: Eh, gonna take out the direct link because that looks like loli. Not sure if it counts as sharing by making a direct link since it's not a DLSite link (even though that rule is now kinda moot because DLSite is now region-blocking loli content). But you can go to the site and search on the RJ number in and find it that way.

Heh, yeah. My gut instinct from the region block is that it was lolicon stuff and I finally bothered to check it on otomi-games.com (where everything is just listed by RJ number). Yep, definitely lolicon stuff.
