Sorry for necro-ing, but I remember this game has an extra where you can summon an enemy...which version is that?

0.99 has it. That was the last update I bothered downloading, so I don't know if any of the later ones do. (Extra 2 for those curious)

Actually, I did some digging around in the game files and found 3 test rooms in ver. 1.02. To access them, you need to rename some files in your "game folder"\data\stg4. Files, which starts with *c* are test rooms, while *s1-* are common rooms or scenes. So, rename one of *c* rooms to *s1-1*, then start a new game and test level will load instead of first room.

Short *c* rooms description:
c01-1 - music test (yep, you have access to this room anyway).
c02-1 - here you can summon some enemies (probably the one you've asked about).
c03-1 - dead man walking test mode (?) you have a timer and spawning enemies. Timer stops when you die.
c04-1 - probably the best one... here you can see some prototype gameplay with friendly girl.

Obviously, these rooms doesn't work properly, but I recommend to check them out anyway.

Doesn't want to work for me, gives me a "data/commonpalette" something or other error. Gonna play with it a bit more, though.

Nevermind. The game was missing a file, apparently. It is working now.

Here's edited files you'll need to access test rooms. Copy *stg4* folders to *data* folder, and replace them (do a backup just in case) :

PS: I highly recommend to run this game with japanese locale, it fixes "missing backgrounds" bug.

It appears the gauntlet challenge thingy is super bugged. You don't have a gun, and you can't kill the slimes without it, juss a warning to anyone who tries it

I cant plat it. Not al all if try to start it, nothing Happens. I tried to start with Ntlea and Admin but nothing happens Also tried to start it in Win 7 mode but it just NOTHING happens. Im using win 10 btw Any help?

Seems it add a defence NPC extra mode, and bring back the cutted sandbox.

Yeah, pretty much the Extra Modes got added.
Nothing in the main game is new, but I think they're planning to add in CGs

EDIT:
Btw.... I played the lycoris version and the game is lagging like hell....
and then I tried the previous versions and they are running fine.

Anyone else with this problem?

Works fine for me (windows 7 & japanese system locale).
No changes in story mode. However, there are some big changes in extra modes which are unlocked now.
You can actually beat survival mode, there are 8 waves. Escort mission introduce randomly placed items, enemies and doors. You need to find a key and an exit door to complete it.
Last room is a shooting range mode.

Not much, but I'm glad this game is not abandoned completely.

Check if your running in japanese settings? Also make sure to press Alt-tab after double clicking on the game's exe as sometimes it just pops up with no icon on the task bar.

I checked it but nothing there. I also checked the Task Manager if at least Something is Running in the Background but no. I just won't do anything even though i Start it with NTlea and Admin rights. Any help?

You don't need NTlea if you change your system locale to japanese, just saying (control panel - region and language - administrative - change system locale).
If it won't work with this settings, when there's not much to do. Maybe .exe file is blocked by your antivirus or something...
