I am probably feeding the trolls here but it's not like I have a whole lot to do while I wait for this to download.
I am not a psychologist nor am I pretending to be one but this is just my take on the whole "preg/birth" fetish thing.

The best explanation for why this content arouses me is that I perceive it as the ultimate degradation. The point of this is not to explain everyone's interest in the fetish by any means but to only add personal reasoning for attraction on one of the more obscure fetishes.
