Originally I had this post full of spoilers, but I decided not to publish them even in spoiler tags!
However, I have some lore/ntr-game-developing findings:
All(?) males are affected by some kind of sex/demonic magic or lore. As we already know there is sth wrong sth MC's penis/performing ability. I found out other males are affected too, but ofc (since it is ntr game) with gifts instead of handicaps.
It seems there is some demonic ability, which I will not tell what it does, which may be obtainable by Theo, Max and Blue. Origin unknown, but I think the story will tell us where it comes from.
Female's graphics are two types - virgin/non-virgin and experienced ("used" and once mentioned as "seasoned"). It is strange, because a "used" girl has nipples like a pregnant woman and have pubic hair, while virgin/non-virgin one has normal nipples and she's shaved.
I am 85% sure who the main antagonist is, but I won't tell hehe even in a spoiler tag. You will read the spoiler tag and ruin the game anyway, so no!
In this NTR game male's penis size is important. You were warned.

It is still unclear for me if monster-encounter vaginal ejaculation will result a pregnancy and girl's losing in the final product. It is not a spoiler - we could see that both in the demo and in dev's post - if the girl is pregnant with other male, she's lost for a mc. No exceptions. This is a hard condition (there are more conditions of losing a girl, I'll not spoil them). IMHO is is a step backwards compared to Leane2, because I could marry (happily) a girl impregnated by the king (the only parameter of losing her was a fixed number of days of her in harem, IIRC 80?). It was better NTR-wise.
I guess I'll learn KRK console and edit booleans or wait for mod or mod myself or wait for dlc.
And don't get me wrong, I am not "whining" nor "demanding", just have a honest concern.
NO_PREGNANCY starts at -30 for every female.
The pregnancy is govered by function processPregnancy and is called currently only in actionsForDay (for capured women). Each day in captivity rises the value by 1. When it hits 0, the girl is pregnant.
The odd/interesting part of the function, is that the impregnator bangs the girl for the first 10 days (pregnancy <20), then she seems to be prostituted only. This is what I saw after a quick glnce on the code.
I also witnessed in the game (not in the code) the sex with Wild Bull was postponed unti I went to see an event, then it resumed. It shall proceed anyway I think, like in Leane2.
Birth mechanic is absent in the demo, so I don't know if this value goes back to -30 after the birth.
There are more (around 7) parties to duel in the game, but AFAIK only two are capable of capturing and impregnating a girl. The mandatory captivity time may be different between them...
Story-wise (text), monsters are breeding women (during battles), but (like I said) there is completely no mechanic so far in the demo about them impregnating any girl. Sex stats, including creampies' count, are changed sure. But I see no info send to a function about who creampied to properly set a pregnancy. Just plain sex stats 
I wonder what would happen in case of such pregnancy. Will the girl be lost (to the mc) too?
I guess the dev had this thing not finished actually, and this may be the reason why the game has so many delays. The core mechanics are perhaps changed last minute. Just my suspicion.
OFC I may be totally wrong, maybe such mechanics are in the final version but were more easy to cut in the DEMO.
Anyway, I personally don't agree how the pregnancy SEEMS to be implemented. Every creampie shall be a risk of pregnancy (or similar mechanic), the girl giving birth NTRing MC, every child shall be a burden for the team and every girl shall be in play to the end of the game. Just more used by other males. The endings may differ.
The good thing is the problem is relatively easy to fix/mod/dlc.
