After you checked the blouders out once you need to go back to the Guy who can identifiy the ??? things for you.
He will give you a Mission to get his supplier back from the Fields in the West. Fight the Paladin and go back, he will give you his thanks and some free Dynamites to blow the boulders up.
You can stock up on them as well cause he will put dynamite up for sale.

Updated/finished the partial. Went ahead and translated the second menu (accessed with S key), as well as the locations for teleporting.

self respect down to 0 same with faith, still cant equip nude non even whit the lust enchanment, when i try to play new game + all i get is a black screen and no keyboard response
