Seems the original thread did not survive the wave of deletions so i'll summarize what I know here.

Ci-en link:

Gameplay:

The game switches between two modes of gameplay: an Active mode and a Management mode.

In Active mode you explore a map searching for items with 3 of the party members. There are some basic survival elements while exploring as each party has a thirst and hunger bar which causes a movement speed penalty (not sure if it affects anything else right now as that’s all it seemed to do in the demo). Enemies are also present on the map and touching them starts a battle.

The battle system is different from a normal RPG: each turn the player roles a slot machine to get attack points that they need to attack the enemy as each attack costs points. Skulls in any of the slots means the enemy will attack or H-attack and more skulls means heavier attacks. Slot machine also has other random effects.

In Management mode you can view story events and side events, send girls out to go explore an area (which transitions into active mode), send girls out to gather information(unlock new areas), cook food which gives buffs to party members who eat it, strengthen skills, rest the girls to recover their stamina, buy and sell things at the shop and finally buy back destroyed clothes.

Full game will have 3 difficulty modes: Hard, Normal and Novel
Novel mode removes much of the game-play elements for those who just want to watch events and the H-events.
Also the demo is currently Hard mode only: so the full game can be a bit easier for those finding the demo too difficult.

Another thing to note is that some of the girls have special abilities that allow them to traverse certain objects or open secrets, so if there are areas of the map that you cannot seem to reach: it usually means that you will need to try it with different party members.

Hentai:

Hentai system is pretty good, it comes in two forms: combat rape during active mode and H events during management mode.

Enemies have some status that affects their rape attack such as how aggressive they are and it is not consistent with enemy type, it mixes up the combat rape a bit as sometimes the status can make them pretty dangerous.

H-events may build on a previous event getting more perverted each time.

Mephisto mentioned in his blog that the amount hentai that happens in a play through may impact the story.

Mephisto also mentioned that full version will have a gallery mode.

There is a player character that the girls talk to and an affection system that affects their dialogue towards the player. I am not sure if there is going to be actual hentai between the player character and the girls. Hentai events may lower the girl's affection towards the player so this game does have avoidable NTR elements.

How to play:

I am going to try and write up a guide on how to play for new players but there is quite a lot to it so that will take awhile, I will edit it in when i am done later.
For now here are some basic controlls for active mode:

Q key - changes current active character while on the map and in combat..
Left, Down and Right Keys - role the slots while in battle.
Up key - brings up the actions while in battle.
Space - select action
X key - cancel action select in battle

There are also some gauges on the right hand side of the screen for each character:

Red bar - is heath, losing it all makes you vulnerable to combat rape
Green/Blue bar - how many attack points you have
Yellow bar - stamina? it depletes when raped or molested and character cannot act when it is depleted.

The 3 at the very bottom:
Green - Ninja skill, used for when characters perform a special action
Yellow - Hunger, depleted means active character is hungry
Blue - Thirst, depleted means active character is thirsty

In the demo it is game over if all members run out of stamina but in the full version they will be taken to a "punishment room" and the game will continue.

There is a lot more information of Mephisto's blog as he goes into a lot of detail for those who understand Japanese or machine translation.

The green bar at the bottom is the ninja skill gauge. It allow characters to use their specific skill, for example the blue hair ninja girl's skill allow her to unlock green locks on the map (sadly that's the only one I figured out so far).

I think hunger/thirst meter has something to do with how often the character get attack/molested by enemy vs how often they get action point? In my experience a character with higher meter gets attacked less often, but it could be caused by RNG and bad luck.

And from my broken kanji understanding, the player seems to be an actual character in the game the girls keep on referring to (big brother) although the player doesn't have any control over him. Different girls seem to have different closeness point related to the player character. Kamikazi is very distant with the player, where as the black haired samurai girl is very close with the player at the start. And blog hint there'll be dating in full game so there may be some light dating simulation vs NTR element in full game? Some of the girl's event in demo are NTR event which can be avoided by making the right choice (although you don't get to see CG).

Kind of a shame they didn't include any monster girls from the previous spin-off game.

This is one of those games that really needed a detailed description like this, because I doubt anyone plays these for the visuals lol. I'm interested now

Mephisto has made a new post on his blog. I can't read Japanese so not sure if google translate is accurate but he talked about some interesting things.

There is a dating/vacation mechanic where the player can spend money to raise the affection of a character. I am not sure if there is going to be hentai scenes between the player character and the girls though.

There is now an indication effect for when a choice appears that could lead to rape/NTR

About halfway through the game a 'bomb' event will appear: if the player goes to bed failing to address this then the entire group will be raped at the same time!

The shop girl is also going to get some hentai scenes.

I thought the biggest fan was the guy who tried to translate Mephisto's games and even got in contact with the creator, but then realized the amount of effort would have had him go bald. That being said; Mephisto is one of the best indie creators for certain, anyone who's played his games to the fullest should agree on that. I hope in vain that someone is brave enough to translate this upcoming title, I'm sure it'll be one of the best H games released next year.

I dont think it was the translation, it was how the western market perceive the 'culture' of japan regarding loli's and it was a project that was more trouble than worth to be sold publicly on Eng DLsite

What? Mephisto's games are already being sold on Eng-dlsite. In fact his MIKO game from 2012 was released on there around the same time. The translator I'm talking about was a freelancer like most translators, doing it out of the passion they felt for it at the time. Also, while it's true lolicon material gets hard pressed on the western market and no topic is so easily censored, it doesn't usually stop there and many other games get censored for the most mundane reasons pertaining to skin color, clothing, or even imaginary abuse. If you want to make the most money translating H games just pick the most vanilla title you can find with big breasted bimbos. The market will never be here for creative H games as long as we have such a pitiful generation running the boat.

What makes translation even more difficult is that Mephisto likes to make heavily stylised menus and he does that by making them out of images. Even things such as item names, descriptions, help text, event names, skills and stats are made using images so even making a partial will require someone to go through and edit all those images which is time consuming if they want to keep it looking decent.

Indeed, which is probably why his games don't have proper UI patches either. It also doesn't help that a majority of the text related events are often mixed in throughout pages of over a thousand custom scripts/common events he made for the game. Translating it the hard way might break the game even.

Quick update on his blog. This time showcasing the current status of the relationships between the girls and the player. The silhouette represents the player character.

There is currently no promised release date but Mephisto has said that if things go well then it may be released early next year.

Looking at the latest blog yesterdays, he's hosting a play testing session day on 9th Mar for feedback and bug hunting, so that will affect how soon it comes out but at least we know it'll be awhile more after play testing at minimum. He expects that it'll take half a day to finish current content including reading all the sentences.

Moved to GUC as this game is incomplete, added loli prefix since Dlsite has it tagged as such, images removed because I can't tell which character is supposed to be loli given the artstyle.

Actually no. I've spoken with that guy directly and the REAL reason he stopped was because he was afraid of getting into legal trouble. Since it had characters that look pretty young, it could be considered loli content. This falls under the broad category of child pornography in many western countries (including the one the translator lived in) and thus being associated with this project could potentially have seen him wind up in jail. With this fear, him and Mephisto talked it over and basically agreed to cancel the translation project. Sad because it was very promising.

The game isn't hard to translate at all though. I for-fun translated all the image-based stuff of KN3 myself back when it came out and got through some of the dialog and I don't even really know Japanese xP I only stopped my own efforts when I learned it was going to get an official translation (the would-be translator and I compared notes a bit since he legit knows Japanese and I wanted to double-check I was understanding some of the scenes correctly) but was too lazy to go back to it when he pulled out.

Huh? If that were the case he shouldn't have even known about KN3 to begin with since just the game's cover art alone is enough to have him jailed regardless. Hell, most Japanese games have loli-like characters anyway so playing any H game with petite characters should have been a no go. I doubt the translation would have been halted by that discovery since it's not the pictures he needed which would have lead him to hot water, just the script. As far as I recall, loli erotica isn't illegal even in most of the countries that banned cheese pizza (It's why some governments have to ban certain books outright since there's no blanket ban for it). I recall an Australian translator having someone else translate the UI Japanese imagery for an H game with petite characters while he did the text script for the game. Mah, it's probably a case by case basis anyway, some places like China just ban anything erotic or considered obscene outright.

Still, if it's easy to translate then that's good, hopefully someone can get around to it someday, preferably a human translator heh.

I'm sure he knew it had loli-ish characters from the get-go but didn't think about it initially. Not really sure. It seemed like he was a big fan of the game and wanted to translate it. He wrote to the creator directly and expressed interest and said creator liked the idea enough that there was an offer to pay the translator for his work. It was shortly after this that a lot of controversy surrounding loli hentai started springing up in the west. I remember a lot of sites I went to suddenly began banning it for fear of legal troubles around this time. If your server was in North America, chances are you would get taken down for such content, so site owners in this situation started removing and banning it. This may be what brought the issue to the translator's attention and why he discussed what to do with Mephisto where they both agreed to stop the translation project. That's only a guess, as I'm no longer in contact with the guy, but he definitely told me himself that he pulled out of the project due to worrying that he might get jailed over association with it.

Honestly, I think he overreacted and was a bit paranoid. What are the odds that the feds find this obscure Japanese game, track down the online alias of the English translator to him, and bust him over it? I doubt that was ever gonna happen. Still, I can understand preferring to be safe rather than sorry, so I respect his decision. It probably had more to do with getting paid for it (money trail and official business) than just translating it by itself. Basically, a free fan trans would have flown under the radar easily, but doing it as your actual job may involve some sorta legal documentation that gets dicey?

Maybe I'll take a stab at translating this one once it comes out. Who knows? The older ones are far too old to be relevant now, but this might be a fresh chance at it.

I'm very curious to see how the Enbu system works in this one. The two versions shared a character slow in KN3 which replaced the usual mechanic of covering/uncovering. That mechanic is gone, so it makes me suspect they've split into two different characters this time? That would be a little better for red-haired Enbu since she wears more clothes but still got fully stripped in the same number of steps due to the shared slot. It didn't make a lot of sense.
